Great product that brings you everything you need to supplement a healthy lifestyle. Subscription-based model with timely delivery makes sure you never have to worry about running out of product and I absolutely love the concept of a product that evolves as science progresses!

Before buying longevity complete I e-mailed the company to ask a few questions about the dosage of the different ingredients. Within an hour I got a really detailed answer. This made me purchase the product. I have been using the supplement for three weeks now. So far it feels good. It tastes good and it’s a lot more convenient than taking several supplements.

Overall, I’m pleased with the results. Great ingredients, very fair price to quality ratio, with noticeable increases in energy throughout the day.

First two weeks of taking the longevity complete:
- focus has improved
- don't feel the need for preworkout before training American football or weightlifting (I train 4x a week now) I used to take 1,5 to 2 dosis per training which messed up my sleep
- most importantly, my recovery is going good, no need for extra sups
- got used to the taste, I just down it haha
- my sleep is also good
