Excellent delivery with no time wasting. Unfortunately the candles received weren't received as I would have expected as the wax had cracked on one of the candles and on the other candle the wax came off the holding cup, which led to having wax pieces everywhere. Not ideal as these were presents, regardless upon contacting them they were apologetic and sorted the issue efficiently and gave me options to send back for refund or money off.

Absolutely Fabulous!
Absolutely fabulous. I’m a beauty marketing director and have bought Trudon from many places over the years (used to get them from PR but gone are the days!!) and LCS we’re fabulous.
How they got my delivery before Christmas given it was ordered on the 20th with all those strikes I don’t know! Best prices and beautifully sent with a very easy to use site. 5 stars from me and will use again!

Not quite as expected…
Unfortunately I ordered my candle on the 19th December and although it was sent out quickly it did not arrive until the 28th December.
I bought a 3kg Cire Trudon for an extremely good price in the sale, but nowhere did it state that the glass was imperfect and although the candle itself smells wonderful the glass container is misshapen around the top. My son ordered the same one and that too is extremely uneven around the top of the glass. It should have been made clear in the sale info that this was the case then I could have made a more informed decision on the purchase.

Thank you for your feedback regarding this and I am so sorry it is not what you expected. Each Trudon candle is individually hand blown, due to this there will be some un evenness especially in the larger candles but each vessel is a unique piece.
