I never subscribed to pay 100$/month

I never subscribed to pay 100$/month. My economy is week and theliven takes profit that I'm ADHD as I did not remember to revise if the money that you were going to charge was really the one told and agreed.
On the other hand the "book" offered free, is not such a book. Is kind of presentation of 100 pages with giant letters, that if it was presented in a normal size letters would take no more than 15 pages. That's not a book. It's a scam.

Pleasant interaction

Diana was very easy to communicate with. She understood my need and met me halfway. She listened, provided information, and an alternative. I wasn’t made to feel like I was stuck with the issue. She corrected it and did her job well!

So far so good as I was not aware that two debits went off my account on a monthly basis. My auditor pointed out to me and your team confirmed the same day that the matter has been resolved and cancelled. I shall see what the position is by the end of the month if it was done.

Confused

Well, I had reached out to get a refund only the add on for the therapist which I didn’t have access to and had found out that I wasn’t even charged for it which there was then no need for a refund. But then the assistant canceled my subscription all together and refunded me for the subscription I got. I hope I didn’t loose all the work I’ve been doing these last couple of days and that my subscription can be reinstated.
