In early December, we ordered a "Busy House" as a present for our granddaughter. After much panic, it arrived on the 19th December but then, on the 23rd when we came to wrap it, we found it had been damaged in the post. After several attempts, we finally managed to get a response from their Customer Services asking for photos but since sending them, we have been ghosted. I recommend you do not deal with this company

Easy to use app. Based on: the excellant reviews regarding the products, the pictures posted showing children using the products, and the descriptions of the educational benefits as described, I purchased one of the "Learner Toys".

Do not order from this company. Spent $200 getting toys for Christmas, they worked once. They don’t charge, asked some questions and because I had bought them obviously before Christmas by the time of opening and getting back to them, they would not return, offer something else or refund. One box is still unopened and about to be thrown out. Company is obviously happy ripping off children with cheap garbage. Better to buy from Temu or else where. Terrible…. Worst toys and company ever bought from and there has been a few.

The Little Learners Toys company was quite difficult to work with and I would not recommend them. I reached out to the company to learn if a toy could be delivered before Thanksgiving 2025. I was given a fee to prioritize the delivery which I paid and the item arrived after my grandson's visit. Email responses were slow and it took weekd to get a return address to ship the item back only to learn that I needed to ship the item to Italy. Shipping to Italy would be approx. $115 and the item was $75.
Save yourself time and grief and look for another source of Toys for little ones.

Buyer Beware!!!! I purchased a few toys for my grandchild for Christmas. The toys were a bunch of junk claiming to be Montessori approved toys. I spent months trying to exchange the toys for a refund. Unfortunately, their return policy is a lie. In the end it would have cost me $90 postage to return the toys from the USA to Puglia, Italy. There is no USA company to return the products to. The products are shipped from China to a middleman in the USA and then forwarded to the customer. You are advised that if you return the items to the shipping company in the USA they will be thrown away! In addition the items I ordered were in unlabeled packaging from China. There were no identification list for the materials used, paint content or fiber content on any of the toys or the boxes. I have no idea if any of these toys were actually safe for my grandson to use. This company is a fraud and sells products that claim to be something they definitely are not. Please avoid my awful mistake and experience and NEVER purchase anything from this website!!!!

I will never order from this company again. I tried to return the items through their site and then again with email. The return process would not work. They sent an address to return to in Italy. The items came from California. They would not provide any other address. The cost to return to Italy is expensive. They are not a reputable company.

Ordered my grandson a toy for xmas allegedly reduced from £109 to £50. When opened on xmas day it wouldn’t work and was of really poor quality (made in China) . Reported this to the company via e mail and the didn’t respond and asked me to send a video of there and my attempts to make it work. This i did and waited. Only when i asked for progress did they respond suggesting I try a few things to remedy this. Needles to say that was a futile exercise and i reported this back to them. Then more silence until i chased them again whereupon they asked for yet another video which i provided but yet again no reply. Still trying to resolve this but add in the fact that the toy was very poor quality and in no way had the games on it that were claimed makes me feel like this is a rip off- would avoid them at all costs as they are based in New York and don’t see a way of getting any redress.

I bought 2 toys for my grandkids for Xmas. The toys were supposed to be delivered before Xmas. As of today January 28. Still no toys. The store claims they were delivered. They were not. At one point tracking said delivery was to Switzerland ( I live in Canada). Ther is no proof of delivery. Trying to contact customer support is useless. Half their emails get returned as undelivered ( yes , I,triple checked the address_. When they do contact me, they say they are looking into it. For the last 2 weeks , I have essentially been ghosted.. buyers beware, I understand items do get lost. But the company made no effort to resolve this, and very poor customer service.

I loved the variety of the items, also the suggestions of other add on's.

Bought a Montessori playhouse for a 1 year old in December.Turned out to be cheap,dangerous,Chinese crap. Asked to return and got told that I was liable for return costs....to ITALY. Sent it at a cost of £16.30, only to track it all the way and find out that they had NOT ACCEPTED THE RETURN, and was being returned to me. These people are the scum of the earth.

Wow what a great company. My wife lives in bogota and her friend needed a doll baby for a gift that was sold out there. I looked and was ecstatic when i seen that they ship worldwide!!! Perfect service for me to get the doll to her !!

A return was approved but had to ship to Italy which would cost more than the product itself.

DO NOT order from this company. Toy took over 3 weeks to be delivered, does not work and although their website states "Free Returns" within 14 days, that is not true. They will not pay for return shipping and make it EXTREMELY difficult to get "permission" to return an item. Shipping return address that took me two weeks to get from them is in Italy and would have cost me $92 to return. Big scam and save your money and frustration. They are awful and do not try to help you resolve your issue. I had no idea item was being shipped from overseas with a 3 week delivery. No tracking info was available for weeks and then too late to cancel. Horrible company!!!
