We have been very satisfied with the service provided by Joanna since we started with the little cottage company. Her standards are very high compared to our prior experiences in the UK. Prompt reply to start the service after a visit/quote. Easy notification / reminder system by email and invoicing / payment. Highly recommend their services and very happy with Joanna.

Very unhelpful and I did not get what I was looking for.

We have been using The little cottage cleaning company since April 2025 and we are very pleased with the service they provide. Any additional requests are efficiently dealt with to a high standard. Henrik has an incredible eye for detail and goes above and beyond in his job. He is always polite and friendly.

I highly recommend Andrew and his team as had to cancel my other cleaners as let me down and did not clean very well, Rio & Michael arrived spot on time and very good clean leaving the place smelling nice and fresh, Also impressed that they wore indoor shoes. Found everyone i have been in contact with so helpful,nice and friendly

They take cleaning very seriously. The type of people to pick up a bit of fluff on the floor if they spot it. Can be trusted to do a very thorough job quickly. Bit pricey but generally worth.

I can highly recommend Andrew and his team. His attention to detail is excellent and he obviously cares a great deal about doing a good job. By far the best cleaning agency we have used.

The Little Cottage Cleaning Company has only visited us once but WOW - what a difference they made in that first visit. From my initial enquiry, Andrew was extremely friendly and keen to help. He replied to emails quickly and answered all questions thoroughly. It’s a big sign of adult life when you get excited about the cleaners coming but when you have little time on your hands, it’s the nicest thing to come home to a clean, fresh smelling house.
