Just amazing! I was very sceptical placing an order online for plants as so very often they arrive in a sorry state, but I was treated to a gift card and was amazed at the quality of the plants and also the wrapping which was faultless. I am definitely going to be purchasing again , a very happy customer, thank you .

Plants and plants box arrived quickly. Plant box is easy to put together-initially, I couldn't work out where exactly the felt goes, but the instructional video is excellent. And once you realise what to do, it is very straightforward.
All the plants arrived in excellent shape-no casualties. They really do look very health indeed. Very impressed. Not used LB before and you never quite know what to expect when buying online. But, the plants are much better than many I have seen in nurseries. And pretty good value too. Can't wait to plant them up!

My daughter ordered some plants for her place from The Little Botanical and I was surprised how healthy and beautiful they looked, so I decided to order some as well. The delivery driver obvious didn't care what was inside the boxes, so he delivered them upside down. With a heavy heart I opened the boxes but because the plants were so well wrapped no harm was done. They are beautiful plants and will definitely order from this company again.

Brilliant experience!
After placing an order, I realized I had chosen the wrong color combination for the well-being bundle pots. I called them up to ask if it was possible to change the color combination and it was super easy.

The delivery was fast, and very carefully packed and these plants are very healthy and just beautiful!!

I am super new to the plants, so I look forward to being friendly with them:).

I'm delighted with my choice of gift this year, the terrarium bottle garden is beautiful, healthy and full of life, green as green can be, this is the best one I came across for the price range, UK small business which is what I go for personally.

Having exchanged some communication with Little Botanical, I can see that my experience was an exception due to a combination of things. They take customer feedback seriously and pride themselves on service, as demonstrated by a proper, considered response to my issues by an actual person. A business that addresses a customer's concerns and uses feedback to improve, has my support.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Based upon customer service response times and very slow dispatch time, I'm giving this business 2 stars. I placed a condolence order on 29th December. Initial request for delivery update advised a 2nd January dispatch. Subsequent emails on 5th January requesting and update and 7th January requesting a refund were not answered. Today, 8th January, I get an email advising delivery will be made today. So either a hurried "we'd better get this order out now" OR the tropical indoor plant I ordered has been sitting in a freezing sorting warehouse at DPD.

None of these options is acceptable, and neither is ths lack of response to my enquiries for updates.

Arrived beautifully packed and the plant was lovely and healthy, would definitely recommend and will certainly order from this company again. Fantastic.

Beautiful Areca palm delivered today, both plant and pot were very well packaged so there was zero damage. The palm looks gorgeous!

Disappointed with product quality recently, bought a plant bundle and 2 plants - succulent and dracaena completely died. They were treated exactly same way as other plants which seem fine. Customer service didn't offer any help or replacement of plants. Quite Disappointed that there's no real service therefore won't be ordering again.

My partner bought me a gift certificate for Christmas and I ordered myself 3 plants as soon as I opened it.
I wasn't expecting them to arrive so soon due to it being Christmas and New Year but they were delivered this afternoon!
They were packaged really securely and arrived in perfect condition. The pots are amazing quality and the plants are beautiful!
I am worried that this might be the start of an addiction....
I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for another gift voucher for my birthday 🤞🏻
