Ordered a Jane Austen pin online, arrived in perfect condition. Was really pleasantly surprised by the additional bookmark (complete with Jane Austen pin).

I had a problems with a bracelet. The first couple of times I could sort it myself but thought to tell them in case there was a fault with glue. After a third problem they sent me a new bracelet. They were gracious throughout and I am impressed with the way they responded to my emails.

Hi! Thank you for leaving a review. Unfortunately, it has been left for The Literary Gift Shop in error. Is it possible it was intended for The Literary Gift Company? Their Trustpilot profile can be found here: https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.theliterarygiftcompany.com Best wishes.
There was a problem at the delivery company and the parcel was damaged beyond repair. By the time the delivery company told me that it was just a couple of days before I was going away. I informed the Literary Gift Company by email and the next day a replacement parcel arrived with the postman before midday. And the goods I ordered are just what I'd hoped. Thank you LGC!

Hello! Thank you for your review. I do believe, however, that it was intended for The Literary Gift Company as we do not have a record of a purchase. Kindest regards.
Lovely! I received a mug as a birthday present from the literary gift company, it's my favourite mug now. Arrived in plenty of time and the packaging was good quality and kept it safe. Only thing is I can't find any place on the website that says if there mugs are dishwasher safe, I'd love to know, I've been using it as a pen pot so far

Hello Sophie! Thank you so much for your review. May I just confirm that it was intended for The Literary Gift Shop and not The Literary Gift Company, please? I cannot check our records as your mug was purchased as a gift by someone else. I feel it may have been for TLGC though as it is stated in product descriptions if our mugs are dishwasher safe. If you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. My very best wishes.
Thank you, Literary Gift shop for doing all in your power to ensure my order got to me as quickly as possible.
The gifts arrived wonderfully packaged and in perfect order. The glasses are wonderful quality and I will be using you in the future, fear not, it will be when the current post situation is resolved and we can both relax! Thank you again.
