Nightmare
My boyfriend bought me a set for Christmas. Early December. It’s mid January and there is no shipping confirmation, although his account was debited. Customer service, although we have contacted them many many times, is unreachable. Absolutely awful company, stay away. (I live in Germany)

No reply after 5 tries of contacting the shop
I am having trouble with my order from The Lingerist,which hasn't arrived after 3 weeks. I tried to contact the shop 5 times through mail, social media, but have not gotten any reply. Normally, I would not discuss this publicly, but I see no other way than posting this here. Please contact me as soon as possible.

Due to a personal absence my response was delayed and together we were now able to understand that your order wasn't shipped within 1 business day as usual as it was a pre-order item which can take several weeks to ship.
We have since issued you a full refund and a shopping voucher to apologise for any unclarity in our website communication.

My order was cancelled but coupon not refunded.
My order was cancelled by The Lingerist because the item was out of stock but did not appear as such in the website. This was not a problem for me, as I know that mistakes happen, but the main issue was that I was not refunded a 10€ coupon I had obtained from them for subscribing to their newsletter and that I had used in the order that they cancelled. I have repeatedly tried (four times) to get in contact to have this coupon restored (order was cancelled, so in fact I could not use it, but then remained subscribed to their newsletter) but never received an answer. They have a great selection of items but their customer service was lacking at best.
