We unfortunately couldn't find a customer under the name C Pieters on our system at all. If you have placed it under an other name, all you have to do is contact us for a Free Return and Refund. Just email us on hello@thelineahome.nl

If we have communicated already, we already mentioned that we could send a size that is different to what you order to align with your national average. The hip measurement doesn't change because the label is different. We also cannot dictate how the fashion industry in your country that they are selling 2 sizes above the International sizing.

While I can understand that when you're used to another label, but if it fits, it fits, and we as a brand refused to keep enlarging our sizing/ changing the labels, because it's not 'body positive' to do that. Unpopular opinion, I understand that, but it's not healthy to be upset about a label.

If the fit doesn't work out, but it does for plenty of our customers, then please do take up our offer for Free return and refund.

Meme: "when you order it" VS "when you receive it at home"

I ordered a newborn romper, and it came all the way from China - meaning it took 2 weeks to be delivered -, with no label whatsoever about the brand, badly ironed so it didn't follow the shape of the romper, and with a fabric-info label only written in Chinese.
I do believe it was indeed cotton, but the label could not be read.
It was meant to be a gift and it looked like I bought it from one of those extremely-low-cost Chinese websites. Not to mention, the product I purchased did NOT in fact cost few euros.
If you're selling poor-quality Chinese products, the website should clearly state so.
Absolutely not worth the money.
I'm giving 2 starts instead of 1 only because the fabric did not end up being polyester, which would have been the cherry on top of the awful cake.

The item is in fact 100% cotton but never arrive in such a state that you're describing. Now I understand that this is now in Feb, no customer of ours will ever need to keep something that you are happy about. We always offer Free Return & refund. We're more than happy to offer that to you still ever though it is now 2 months down the line.

Pajama and a shirt very poor quality

I bought a pajama and a shirt but the quality is very poor and miserable. The cotton is so thin that it's almost transparent. I do not suggest to buy these items.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry for our late reply, we haven't received any notification for it.
We are also sorry to hear that this is your experience. We definitely push towards 100% cotton for our garments, we tested these garments & I wear that shirt regularly, I'm personally not finding it 'transparent' or 'thin'.

Since this is the first that we have heard of this, please know if you had just email us for a free return and refund within 2 weeks of receiving. If you're still in the possession of the items, simply contact us via email hello@thelineahome.nl, we can make an exception to still take these for return.

There's no reason any customers of ours need to keep something they don't like. However, I would also say, items are starch pressed usually and thus appear harder as they arrive, if you had washed them, you will find that these garments do get softer and softer over time.

Love the colourful hand towels

I ordered hand towels and I love them. Only wished they were shipped from their Dutch warehouse and not all the way from China. But communication was good and quick, no issues whatsoever.

We have kept the dispatch in Asia to eliminate an additional shipment to the EU warehouse, which I totally understand may take a little extra few days, but from what we are experiencing, it will make around 3-4 days difference and we're not sure that the extra shipping fee/ storage fee is justifiable. But we're definitely working to make things faster and faster.

Lovely good quality piyamas

I bought in tow occasions some piyamas and I was delighted as the fabric was good quality and beautiful. I am very happy with my purchases and I will probably do some more in the future :-)

Adorable and great quality!

Excellent customer service

I've placed an order on March 10th. Received 3 separate tracking codes, which is fine, but out of those 3 only 1 has arrived and this shipment only contained 4 out of 6 products that I've paid for. On top of that, the items do not fit, so I've emailed about returning the items that I did receive and asked for a full refund. I've done this on March 25th and a reminder on March 28th. I've not gotten a response. I've also tried commenting on their instagram. Edit: After writing this review Kerrie reached out to me and informed me there was an issue with their email system where customer emails had incorrectly been assigned to spam. She suggested to wait for the second part of the order to arrive (tracking had been updated to be underway), and then advised me to reach out so she could arrange a full return. As soon as I received my full order, I let them know and they provided me with a DPD return label. Shortly after they received the items they refunded me in full. So while it didn't go entirely without hiccups I can say their customer service is excellent, I was guided through the return procedure and informed clearly of the next steps. So while I personally might be too big/tall for their clothes, I can definitely recommend them as a shop.

We have also checked all the orders on the 10th March, and we can't find an order with Ari/ Arianne or any similar name. Please approach us with your order number, if it has been placed, you would have received an automated email in the format of #14xxx. I have also gone through the orders from the 10th March and can't see one with 3 trackings? So a little more info would be helpful

Good products, quality is good

Quality is very ok, not spectacular but not bad either. Pyjama sizing a bit weird, but communication was perfect! I never had a problem. No complaints here!

Great products, great customer service

I bought products from Linea twice.
The first time the delivery took very long and I thought, perhaps I got scammed. But then I wrote to them and they answered me very fast and immediately sent out the items I purchased a second time, which then arrived in a timely manner. The second time everything went smoothly. I was very satisfied with the customer service as I felt that they really cared and made everything possible.
Mistakes can happen and orders can get lost, it's important that they tried everything for me to have a satisfying experience with them.

I love the products very much. The bath mat is still looking great after plenty of use and my sister is wearing her shark slippers all the time.
My boyfriend also likes his grumpy cat slippers very much.

So I cannot say anything negative about Linea at all.

Satisfied customer

I ordered a few items from them as christmas presents to friends and family. The PJ sets that I ordered initially, I thought were the wrong sizes. However, when they explained it to me that they usually ship one size bigger to make it comfortable for the wearer, I realized they were correct. I ordered M but they sent L sizes instead. And indeed, they were all very comfy and the fabric were very nice so I ended up keeping some of the PJ sets for myself and just ordered a new batch as gifts. Lol! There was also a missing item on my order; they were very quick to answer me and kindly sent me a new one. Overall, I am very happy with the items I purchased from them. I also got very good feedback from people I sent them to as gifts. Thank you!

Great experience and products

indeed, you can't receive the products all at once but in multiple shipments; if that's ok with you and you are not in a hurry, your product will be delivered in excellent condition.
I read some reviews about the wrong pyjama size. Well, you can't expect the Asian size to be the same as the EU. I made this mistake once, and they were too small. :D But the fabric was nice.
It's not the same poor quality or ,, drop-ship,, as temu or Shein.
I have been ordering here for a few years now, and I like the products—they are very cute and of good quality, from tableware to pillows.

Definitely a drop shipping company

Definitely a drop shipping company. The products are of very low quality for the price, there is not even a company tag on the item I ordered and the size was wrong.
Customer service not being honest either
Edit just to answer to the company : they sent me the incorrect sizing on the first time and told me about it and that they would send me the correct sizing that I ordered. When I tried on the itm with the correct sizing that I chose, it didn't fit anyway so I asked to return it for free but they consider that even if they made a mistake and didn't send the size that I ordered, I already benefited from a return.
Regarding the drop shipping complaint, you can find similar designs on cheap asian websites, the tag on the pyjama is the exact same (just the size is written on it)

We have had numerous conversations and you still insist of a hurtful feedback because we act in accordance to EU regulations & refund policy for 1x pyjamas set.

You have accepted a replacement of a garment of a larger size, which means you accept the quality, it turns out the size is still not correct for you which you would have been able to test upon receiving the first order.

We have arranged a FREE replacement for you and you expected a second FREE replacement. We offered the return, even though replacements aren non refundable. The only issue is you refuse to accept the return shipping cost is on you for this second replacement.

FOR the 1000th time
1. We DO NOT dropship, our volume of business dropshipping cannot support. It simply doesn't make sense to not have a fulfilment model.

2. The quality was accepted in the form of accepting the replacement.

3. Yes, the our logo is on the packaging.

4. You ordered an L, you received a L, we provided an XL as your replacement. We accept that sometimes sizing can be a little tricky when every brand do their own thing.

5. We have been straight and upfront with you, everything is detailed in our SHIPPING POLICY and REFUND POLICY that you agreed at check out.

We hope you can finally calm down and re-read EVERYTHING that we have sent you. If you still want that return, the offer is there, but again, the shipping cost is on you for the second time round.

Be considerate to businesses that work very hard, just because you don't get your way and you leave a damning and more importantly UNTRUE feedback.

Very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our products. What you have ordered, is actually our own brand design product that you can't actually buy anywhere else. It's a little hard to take when you make that comparison, but your opinion is yours of course.

Secondly, no customers of ours ever have to keep products that they are not happy with, simply send us an email and we will provide you with a return shipping label & a refund. That is offered to all customers as long as you have received your package within 14 days & that it is returned in its original condition.

Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience. It’s a drop shipping shop pretending to be in the Netherland, selling items of questionable quality. Also, the person behind this “shop” is not able to handle a business, si very unprofessional and rude.
Let me tell what happened.
I ordered quite a lot of items from them, and the issue i got was from a bundle of two dipping sakura plates. On the website I was able to choose the bundle (which gave a little discount from buying the plates separately), and in the bundle I could choose the colour of either plate. So i ordered one white and one pink. That was also states in my order receipt.
The problem starts when I receive two pink plates instead of one white and one pink.
I reach out to customer service (which, is no service at all but we’ll get there), told the issue and asked to give the pink plate back and change it for the correct colour i ordered.
They told me that is not possible, that i bought a bundle of two plates of the same colour, that they send and email about that but received no word.
I never got that mail, and they never gave me proof of them sending it when i asked (stating clearly that i either deleted it or is in my spam), meaning it was just an excuse to not fix their problem in sending the wrong item.
They said that the possible solution would be buy another 2 plates in white. They tried to present this as a generous offer with 5€ discounts, and that they would happy to “fix” the issue this way. So to fix a mistake I should pay more money.
I told them that, asking for this email proof, showing them that the website let me choose 2 different colours for the items in the bundle, and that the receipt also stated that.
They never listened to what I said and kept repeating the “generous” offer. I tried to make then understand what happened and that i didn’t want more, i wanted to change the wrong item for the right one.
They then started talking very passive aggressively, telling me that they’d stop being nice, that i was bullying them, and that I was trying to get a free item (at that point, i already send back the wrong plate).
They threatened to take back the offered discount (that i never asked for), to stop talking because it’s not healthy, also said that they tried to compromise but i refused to listen and that they would stand their ground (??are we in high school??)). They also tried to guilt tripping me saying that they spent money on the return label of the plate!! And that i should be respectful of the problem i caused them. I say this as i said to them: if they can’t afford or don’t want to give this services, then change your policies. It’s not the customer fault if you make mistakes and have to pay for them.

Also They refused to acknowledge the issue with their website and kept saying that I was bullying them and pushing.

In the end I didn’t want to pay more for the items u order and the thing just ended there.

To summarise :
-low quality products
-fake shop in the Netherlands, but it’s actually drop shipping from China
-rude person behind the customer service
-tried to scam me into buying more

I will 100% receive a long and winded defensive answer by Kerrie, like any other bad review here. You can find the same item elsewhere, do not give money to this person.

Bus as they said, “i stand my ground “: you are a shameful shop that scams customers, and are not able to handle all the issues a business has to face.

**edit: so asking questions and explanations where none is given is being a Karen now. You should look at your behaviour as a business, cause you just showed your true colors. And I guess learn to read fully what a person writes and yo reply instead of dodging questions

I personally never do this to a customer, but if you act like a karen, you get treated like a karen. You have threatened to return everything which is totally fine for us, call a lawyer on us & give us a bad review when you don't get your way. We have sent you so many emails to explain the situation to you. You accepted a resolution, and then decided to reject that agreed resolution. We straight out refuse to be bullied into your submission.

And for the hundred times, we don't dropship. We have every information in the Shipping Policy, Frequently asked question. If you have an issue with Asia products being shipped from Asia, there's absolutely nothing I can help you with.

Great first experience

Great first experience. I am unable to rate the product, as it was a gift to someone else in a different country, but their customer service is top notch.

There were some issues with the delivery company, and I reached out to the store. The reply was immediate. Kerrie jumped into action, looking into the delivery and contacting the delivery company directly. A solution to my problem was provided in 31 minutes, on a Sunday!

Really appreciate the help and the care. 10/10 would recommend :)
