I've lost 18 pounds so far. These meals are so filling, fresh and tasty. Sam is super approachable and adapted a couple of meals to vegan without any fuss. I've highly recommended lifestyle kitchen to my friends and they are now loving the meals and losing weight too.

Delicious & convenient but without the calories!
I’ve been ordering from The Lifestyle Kitchen for a few months now and wish I’d heard of them sooner. The meals are lovely and filling and they stop me from skipping meals as they are so easy to reheat. These are delicious, convenient meals without the calories! Sam is lovely and is so accommodating, she has happily adjusted the spice level for me on some meals without losing any of the flavour. I cannot fault them or the service received.

Fantastic food with no fuss.
Now that our kids have left home, my wife and I were looking for a way to have excellent, healthy food without the fuss, time or mess of cooking for ourselves. The Lifestyle Kitchen offers an easy, contract-free and local option.
Pre-prepared and a low minimum order allows flexibility to mix it with other meals during the week, if you wish, or buy enough so that you never have to cook again.
Sam's friendly customer service with on-website chat is an excellent addition, particularly if you want to know more about the food before making your first order.
