Fraud people u have sent my bag in very better condition but since I have rejected their work they have return my bag in pathetic condition

It’s a scam. Please don’t send your luxury goods to them.
They will promise big, charge you a hefty amount, and deliver work that looks like a child has done it.
Sent my YSL cardholder to them for the sole purpose of fixing the gold polish that has come off on the logo. For which they claimed they would do “electroplating” and charged me 7K for.
What I got back was some painted on gold goop with some leather lacquer to make it look shiny that seemed like a DIY project gone wrong.
Then came a slue of excuses from them, trying to gaslight me.
Save your money guys. Your local polishing guy will do a 10X better job than these scam artists.

Amazing working culture and experience.

I sent them 3 pairs of shoes for a quotation because the company refuses to give one based on pictures ! I have the before and after picture and my shoes were completely peeled off and returned in a terrible condition. Management is pathetic there is none actually. Staff is rude, un trained. There should be a law against people like her opening up businesses who feel posting fancy IG reels runs a company and get ones clients ! Pathetic ! Anyone reading this DO NOT SEND YOUR PRECIOUS PRODUCTS TO THEM. They don’t care

This is a fraud company, they scam you by taking your products and later give it back to your by worsening its condition of your product.

Do not have your leather jacket dyed here. They ruined my high quality hi design leather jacket costing Rs 10k+. They charged Rs 4500 to change the colour. The colour is getting off like cheap paint. Simply pathetic.

The work is amazing! I have been looking for a professional cobbler specializing designer items for very long time. Tried many other companies’ services before finally found the Leather Laundry and have to say they are the best. Their professionalism, honesty and beautiful work drove me to share my experience with you.

The experience is absolutely terrible.had just given them my shoes to repolish,after 2 months of destroying my shoes multiple number of times they ginally sent them back after charging me a hefty price.
The shoes came back scratched and also both shoes were polished in different colors.
How can someone be so stupid to polished the shoes in 2 different colors!!

where do I begin I don’t even understand. They are the most unprofessional, shady and dishonest company I have come across in my life.

LIKE SERIOUSLY THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH….Unprofessional Goons is the word best used to describe them.

Since last Nov and I can prove it as it’s on chat they have a pair of Columbia boots that belong to me.
They charged me 8 K to repair a shoe that I bought for 10 K.
That particular style is not available so I agreed to pay this exorbitant amount to them. We are not in September 2023 and I am still to get my shoes back. All I get are pictures from them once in a few months and when I flip out on the caller as it’s been so freaking long, then they vanish again.

Then in Jan/Feb this year I gave them 3 more pairs (biggest mistake of my life) Now it’s been 8-9 months and I still haven’t received even one of my shoes.

The messed up part is these crooks have not 1, not 2 but 5 phone numbers, every time a new person will call and behave like nothing has happened and they have been trying to return my shoes the whole time and I am the fool who hasn’t taken them back…

They over charge after me fixing a price with the owner not once but 3-4 times. I think they have a lot of free time so can spend it harassing clients and not delivering anything on time. Despicable behaviour.

I was told my shoes will take 3 weeks max, I had told them that I have a Wedding in my family and I definitely needed the shoes back asap.
Forget giving them back, as usual they vanish and now once in a while I get a call from someone completely unaware of the history saying that my shoes are ready and I am not picking them up haha 😂

Unbelievable! I swear if you want to learn a thing or two about shadiness you must intern with this place.

I don’t want my shoes back now as I have bought new shoes after waiting 9 months I could have had a child in the time these guys couldn’t fix a God Damn shoe.

DONOT USE THESE GUYS….PLEASE NO ONE DESERVES THIS TRASHY SERVICE

no other logical explanation comes to my mind, As this has happened not once but 2-3 times.

The owner will talk to you so nicely and behave like nothing has happened but it’s All a sham and I really request people not to give these thieves any business.

I have never in my
life written such a negative post….but you must call these kind of companies out just to save the rest from dealing with these complete imbeciles.
