It I was so surprised when they came back taking responsibility and in the end making everything right. It's easy to write a comment about a good experience... But when things aren't, as things happen, it's so refreshing to have a vendor you can trust. I trust them.

While searching for online jacket stores, I came across The Leather City. I was surprised to see that their catalog offered replica Daft Punk jackets. Having been looking for quality replicas for a while, I gave in to temptation. My package consisted of two parts: the Electroma jacket and the black sequin blazer.

The team is very communicative. I contacted them via WhatsApp directly after my purchase to verify that my order was processed, and they responded quickly! They then contacted me directly by email. They confirmed my size by providing me with a size chart with the corresponding proportions. They also kept me informed of the shipping. Personally, I can say that my experience went very well and still does. Shipping was handled quickly by FedEx, and I received it sooner than expected.

I received the first jacket and am waiting for the sequin blazer. I contacted them again to make sure the second part of my order was planned correctly and to adjust the size of the blazer before shipping, as I wanted a more tailored fit. Once again, the team was very communicative and responded quickly.

Regarding the Electroma jacket, I'm really happy with the product. It fits well, I bought it in cowhide. It's comfortable, and the leather smells really pleasant. I'm still waiting for the sequin blazer, so I'll update my review.

My experience was the best customer service and support I’ve ever have received while buying anything online, not only were they extremely tentative and thorough, they were kind and understanding! They were completely ready to listen to any issues I went through, and were quick to fix any issues! They kept their word and responded in the exact time frames they said they would when communicating with customer support. They exceedingly accommodated my order and I! Once I received tracking information, I received my package only 2 days later! Outstanding all around! I will certainly do business with them again!

I have ordered a jacket and was very amazed by the level of service: they have contacted me to clarify measures and help to choose a proper size. After I was getting updates on every step of my command production.
And the result is awesome, it feels like the second skin and fits perfectly.

Being a previous customer of a leather city when I purchased a jacket a few years back and turned out to be wonderful leaving me very happy. I just recently purchased a costume from them and thought the process answered any questions I had with regards to delivery times, sizing etc. I then received the outfit to my dismay, didnt quite live up to expectations. I was reluctant at first to email to request a refund due to the inconvenience of sending it back. Leather city reassured me that they would take care of everthing offering a part refund to save on postage and to keep the item. I maybe letting the cat out the bag here but the fact they gave me this option speaks volumes for the customer service team and will be forever grateful for this gesture. Would highly recommend doing business with leathercity.

Ordered the Billy Butcher cotton trench coat, great communication from the guys regarding size recommendations and delivery info. I had a small stiching error which I can easily get fixed locally, which The Leather city folk will reimburse.

I ordered a jacket last year, and although the order took a long time to be processed and shipped, i received a quick answer every time i had a question about the order. The jacket itself is great, it looks just as good as it does on the online store. one more thing i like is that they didn't let me place the order until i made sure i chose the correct size (which i originally didn't) it shows they want to make sure everything is perfect. 5/5
