A Classic Brown A-2 Flight Jacket was purchased for me as a present in December 2025. The jacket arrived well packed and exactly as advertised on the website. Special thanks to customer services for excellent support and ensuring the jacket arrived before Christmas.

I waited weeks after paying £30 for delivery in 8 to 10 days. I received from Pakistan what was supposed to be a Waxed Cotton Skyfall James Bond style jacket. What i got looks nothing like as shown or description. It is not Waxed Cotton, has no real leather trim. Some fake leather on shoulders and elbows. Zips at rear with no pockets there. Just zips. 2 button front not 3 button as shown in adverts. EDIT. PS. Received FULL REFUND including postage. I sent them an Email and pictures. No argument. 2 Emails telling me refund to Credit card, and it is there.

I am very appreciative of my shirt & products I have purchased. The current shirt & previous custom leather jacket. Every time I wear it I get compliments. Thank you for all your diligent attention to detail. Thank you very much.

Be honest, constructive and helpful? Maybe when you have a potential customer at your checkout screen, and they enter their email address, don't falsely accuse the potential customer of inputting a "gibberish email address," when that email address is actually correct. Then you won't lose that prospective customer, who will be giving his business elsewhere. In fact, I am using that same "gibberish email address" to submit this One Star Review.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my leather jacket. The quality is even better than I had imagined. The fit is perfect, and the craftsmanship feels truly high-end with great attention to detail.

The customer service and communication throughout the entire process were excellent as well — friendly, responsive, and reliable. Since the package was shipped from Pakistan, delivery took about 5 weeks in total, but it was definitely worth the wait.

I ordered the Django Unchained Dr. King Schultz Coat men’s size small. The fit was perfect for 6’1 ft 140lbs man. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. Very nice quality. It was made to order so expect 5 to 6 week delivery. Worth the wait. 100% satisfied customer.

Amazing customer service and quality products. I searched for a suede jacket from the show Murder in a Small Town. They created the coat and wow was it spot on but even better than the one from the show. The compliments are amazing. It looks like I spent a fortune but I didn’t. Affordable high quality jacket. If I can post a pic here I’ll show you.

My teenager only asked for one thing this past Christmas, The Hetalia Americas Jacket. They sent me the link, I clicked and ordered. Within maybe an hour I had an email to confirm sizing, I gave a size, they didn't agree. LOL. I sent measurements and the order was placed based on those.

For the record, they were right. Not only is this jacket a beautiful quality, it looks like it was tailored for my kid. Every interaction with customer service was spot on and I absolutely appreciated it.
