The most amazing transformation of our garden lawn

I had been using a well-known national lawn company for years but was perpetually disappointed with the results. Since buying a small aerator/scarifier and starting with The Lawn Pack my lawn has transformed in condition - strong, healthy growth and no bare patches. I could not be more pleased. Obviously I need a full year to be certain, but so far it is 5-star.

This has really thickened up our lawn and made it greener - we are impressed and will keep going with seasonal additions.

Ive used The Lawn Pack for 2 years now and my grass has never looked better. And thats with 2 dogs using it. My grass has never been healthier or greener. Will be ordering again next spring.

I’ve been using The Lawn Pack for eighteen months now, and have subscribed to their annual plan. My lawn has transformed from a brown, patchy mess, to a lush, all-year green delight by following their instructions. After years of struggling to get good, long-term results, I finally have the lawn I always wanted. Happy to recommend The Lawn Pack, which I shall continue to use.

Straightforward instructions and, assuming you don't try to create your own shortcut to success by skipping the small print, it generated fantastic results.

After trying many many other products, saw an advert for the lawn pack thought I had nothing to lose in trying. Our patchy, moss infested lawn, after all the treatments the grass has thickened up and now looks like a lush green carpet. Even the best efforts from our dog has failed to ruin it. Would recommend.

Late delivery at a time when it was important to get it delivered in time for seeding at the end of the seeding window.
Okay, could have ordered earlier, but didn't think I needed to as delivery was stated as 2-5 days.
They use Evri for delivery.

After years of reseeding with DIY store's grass seed and fertilizer, I have finally found the ONE! 100% recommend. On the 19th August 2025 the lawn was worn out and bare. By the 4th October 2025 the grass was lush and healthy. Used the lawn pack on 11th September.

I've been with lawn pack about 6 month.They constantly send me wrong pack.In June they sent me spring pack when i was expecting summer pack I sent it back and they replaced it with Summer Pack.In September they sent me summer pack when i was expecting autumn pack.They sent me an abrupt reply when I informed them saying summers while 21 st sept.It clearly states on pack summer should be applied June to Aug.And autumn septI to November.Ive since cancelled my subscription and ordered autumn pack from relentless gardener and ile put there summer pack on next June or July.They keep saying it's important to put right pack on at right time of year.Its difficult when they keep sending me wrong pack.

Lawn pack sent me summer pack in sept when it should of been autumn.When I messaged and told them I get an abrupt reply saying it's summer till 22 sept.It clearly says on back of summer pack that summer fertiliser should be applied June till Aug.And autumn sept to Nov.It was the abrupt reply that made me mad.Ive cancelled all future subscriptions.

Did exactly what they said grass seed did not work and was worse than supermarket ones. Summer pack was pointless and customer service was even worse. No offer of a discount or refund. ALL LIES.........

I have not tried the product yet, but so far the experience with the order, delivery and customer service has been poor. The web-site states that delivery is in 2 to 4 working days in UK. We are past the 5th day and I have not received my order. That is fine and can understand, but the issue is that the on-line order tracking tool is very bad, does not provide real-time info on the status of the order, no info on estimated shipment and delivery date,etc. Also not good that there is no real customer service....I emailed, and was told that they were going to check with the warehouse and come back to me in 24hrs, what is not good....if you are already late with an order, the least you can do it's find out the status of it (what I guess should take a few minutes) and reply quickly.

Of course, in the meantime, I'm being bombarded with adverts in email and they are everywhere on my Instagram feed. Less marketing and better delivery operations maybe something for you guys to focus on.

Applied product using correct methods, grass was ruined and will require re-seed. Customer service is shockingly bad…..they will go to any lengths not to pay your money back, so don’t be fooled with 100% guarantees. There advice is wash away their products with your sprinkler on 7 days a week, then they say you have over fertilised , they take screen shots of your garden from google earth !!! They advise to wait 6 weeks for their product to work but read the money back clause and after 6 weeks you are out of that guarantee

This ain’t the first time I’ve used The Lawn Pack. I started using them when they were starting out and for the last 4 years I always purchase the lawn pack. Did the same again this year and went from completely scalped top dressed level sirface to a lush carpet in 4 weeks. Highly recommend!

Easy to follow guidance and great results. I have a new build and the lawn was beginning to look very patchy and unloved. After a few weeks my lawn now looks much fuller and healthier. I would definitely recommend and would have no hesitation in using the lawn pack again.

There is some leg work to do yourself… it does require a little brain power, sole mild labor and after care but the results have been great.

Signed up for quarterly packs which over spring and summer have worked wonders.
Hopefully the autumn and winter packs keep the lawn in a good place for next year.

I was a little sceptical about the marketing around The Lawn Pack, but I was so wrong. I purchased it in the spring & my from lawn has been turned from a desert wasteland into something out of Capability Brown. It was simple to use, the instructions are easy to follow & the company always quickly respond to any queries you have. Definitely recommend
