Shoes were delivered in a week. Super comfortable at first after about 5 time of wearing them I feel like the insole in my right foot was gone. I have never had that happen on a pair of Hoka’s I have 4 pair of Gaviota 5’s with no issues. These Gaviota 6 just don’t feel the same. The left foot shoe no issues.

Quick resolve-professional

I mistakenly put the wrong shipping address on my order. I called and spoke to a gentleman who was very helpful, kind and polite. A pleasure to do business with. He assisted me with the change to the correct address.

The wrong size was sent
Update: customer service indeed emailed me at the same time I submitted this review. They ended up sending me the correct sized shoes and applied an additional discount to my order! Both orders arrived within 3 days. I would happily order from TLD again.
Original: I ordered a size 9 and received an 8.5. I thought it was weird that my ankles felt like they were getting choked but I chalked it up to breaking the shoes in. I looked at the box the next morning and sure enough, they're smaller than what I ordered. Tried calling but was sent straight to voicemail with no callback yet.
