I was thrilled to come across The Lane Fine Jewellery online after a long and drawn out search for that extra special engagement ring. The communication from Catherine was excellent throughout via email. I was welcomed to discuss the specifics which was a relief as I'm quite fussy! And when my partner proposed and the ring revealed-it was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined.
This is a high quality independent jeweller and a rare find. I would not hesitate (and do hope) to shop with again.

Catherine has been brilliant from start to finish - communication was prompt and detailed. She had great creative input into my initial idea and really helped shape my thoughts on what I wanted. My rings were ready really quickly, dispatched securely and when - through my own mistake - they didn't fit, she resized free of charge with an almost overnight turnaround. Her prices are incredibly reasonable for such bespoke items and her personal approach and attention to detail made her a joy to work with. Can't recommend her highly enough

Cat (Catherine) was amazing from start to finish. She was able to offer a consult to get initial ideas, then sent marked up sketches to choose a design from including access to a stone registry to pick the feature jewel. We were kept up to date as to progress throughout and the finished piece was hallmarked and ready in very good time. Cat’s pieces are beautiful, individual and each one is so unique. The finished article is going to be one to cherish forever.

Cat is so talented and so great at listening to what I wanted and incorporating ideas. Very reasonable price wise too. I have also asked her to remake another ring that I'm very excited about! Catherine made a bespoke cluster ring for me using sapphires. I felt she understood what I was looking for and felt in the loop at all stages from asking what colour themes I would like to the main gemstone choice. I’ve gone back now for some earrings to match!
