The customer service is horrible. I purchased an order and wanted a size exchange for 1 item but they never get anything back to me for more than 2 weeks. No email, notification and estimated shipping date. I sent plenty of emails to ask but never get even a reply. So disappointed. Feel like they’re scamming

I'm 170cm in height and the medium sizes fit me just the right "oversized" fit. Would suggest larger sizes if you're any more taller than me. Customer service is fast to reply. They were happy to give me a voucher because one of my orders got refunded due to outage of stock. Quality is good, some end stitches were just out but is easy to fix with scissors. Waiting time is 3-4 weeks which is normal here in Australia.

I ordered a few clothes from them and when they arrived, two of the items did not fit me. I sent them an e-mail and they told me to mail the items back and they mailed me the right sizes. USPS lost the package though, and even though it was not KoreanFashion's fault, they gave me in-store credit!

I have no complaints whatsoever! I had a great easy time ordering from them , the shipping was reasonable and the blazer I got was absolutely gorgeous! In my personal opinion you have nothing to worry about..

Seriously love this! Not last time buying. I bought a shirt, T-shirt, pants and some socks all in great quality and pretty cheap. The delivery was two weeks which is totally acceptable considering I live in Europe and it was shipped from Korea. There was surprisingly no tax on this so even better than I expected. I can definitely recommend this!

The clothes I bought were acceptable quality however, the order took 5 weeks to arrive to the UK.

The shirt I bought appears to be chewed up by some rats and there's no response from the customer service rep after receiving my photos.

I have ordered 3 times (about 14 items all in all) and good experience every time. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 days with full tracking information. My orders arrived to the UK around 2 weeks after the order date (no extra taxes or fees after orders placed). Longest wait was 18 days when I made an order across holiday weekend.

Products are great quality and the sizing is as described for each item. They tend to be oversized and so I order one size smaller than usual. Check sizing guide before ordering and measure yourself.

Out of all the orders, only 1 time a product came in the wrong size. I contacted via email got a fast reply. As it was their mistake they were happy to cover shipping costs for returning the incorrect item back, and with no fuss shipped out the correct item and provided tracking info. I was really happy it was settled so quickly!

You also always get a discount code when you make an order and go onto share a photo of the item (they send an email after products arrive). Also when you refer a friend they can get a discount straight away.

Good prices, fairly fast shipping considering the price of shipping and where it is shipped from. Decent quality clothes at least at that price point.

Their clothes are of great quality too! Not prestine, but absolutly accseptable with thought of the price!
