Very good at contacting when pre-ordering a sword on backlog from lord of the rings. Excellent quality and the gift I received I am very happy with! I also got a necklace for my girlfriend which came in time just before her travels!

Great company, quality goods
Ordered an axe but they had difficulty getting it, they kept me informed and offered me a refund, I decided to keep waiting. In the end they contacted me to say it had been discontinued and again offered me a refund or replacement, I took the replacement and it is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely use The Knights Vault again.

Beautiful swords!
While in Scotland a couple of weeks ago, hubby and I walked through Victoria Street (supposedly where J.K. Rowling got inspired to write some of Harry Potter and envisioned Diagon Alley). I noticed The Knights Vault store and wanted to buy hubby two swords but then I thought "how am I gonna get them on the plane?". So when we got home I ordered the McCleod and Wallace swords from The Knights Vault for my hubby. He hasn't seen them yet because I'm going to surprise him with the swords on Father's Day. I inspected them when they arrived and they were in pristine condition and are absolutely BEAUTIFUL, especially the Wallace sword. That sword makes an impression I tell ya. And I cannot wait to give both swords to my husband on Father's Day!
