The item I originally ordered was discontinued. They immediately contacted me to let me know. They offered a full refund or gave me an alternate item. I actually liked that one better, as did my son whom the item was for. It was shipped quickly (international) and arrived in a timely manner. Thank you! Great company to deal with.

Fast and secure delivery, good communication

Every time I order from The Knight's Vault they get the item to us VERY quickly! I adore their quality, love their shop (if in Edinburgh you must stop by), and the collections are excellent!

The Customer Care from Sarah Newton from The Knights Vault was nothing short of exceptional and I am very grateful to Sarah for everything and all her efforts in trying to find a resolve in the delay with my purchase. I had ordered a sword for my son for Christmas. Unfortunately the Carrier, DHL has been holding my purchase since 27 November. It is now 14th December and they still cannot tell me why my purchase is on hold and what can be done to release it. Sarah has gone above and beyond in keeping in regular contact and trying her best to find a resolve. Her excellent customer care skills were demonstrated when she called other suppliers to find the same sword and have this delivered to me. We are still hoping to having the new sword delivered before Christmas, also got a 10% discount. Thank you Sarah for being so wonderful at your job. Very stressful when things go wrong but when you are in safe hands it really helps.

Easy to buy good delivery time and product was spot on

The knights vault did a great job, speedy delivery and when I had a issue with the product (which wasn’t even their fault) they honoured their word and sorted it out for me, great people great service, thank you knights vault.

Excellent customer care. There is nowhere else I would rather buy my swords from, I have received such fantastic service from all whom I’ve spoken to at the Knights Vault they really are so helpful. I can’t praise them enough.

The product is lovely, but I expected at least a proper box to store. The box was completly covered in tape and shipping stickers that cannot be used to store or give as a gift. For the price and shipping cost, I expected better service.

Amazing service and fast delivery! I've brought a sword as a Christmas present for my sister and I'm 100% sure she's going to pee her pants! The quality of the sword is incredible, nice heavy the details on it are amazing. I'll definitely be ordering from here again!

I ordered a sword which turned out to be on backorder, I received an email straight away from Yilin letting me know my options and kept me up to date on everything I needed to know. Although I didn't get the original sword I wanted we arranged for another one to be sorted out and delivery was quick and once again Yilin was great at keeping me updated and will hopefully get the one I wanted when back in stock. Will definitely buy again from here.

The product is excellent, brilliantly packaged and delivered promptly. I had an issue with one delivery as it was damaged by the shipping company and the customer service team at The Knight's Vault helped me immediately by sending a replacement sword as soon as they can. The communication is excellent and I'm so happy to have been a customer to be honest.
