I placed an order with this company on September 12th based on their written assurance that if Amazon did not approve us to sell the product, the order could be canceled and fully refunded. After spending about a month trying unsuccessfully to obtain Amazon’s approval, we informed the company that we wished to cancel the order as agreed.
Following that request, the seller stopped responding entirely — no replies to emails, phone calls, or messages. When I researched the company further, I discovered that the same phone number is connected to another business operating under a different name in a different state, offering identical promises.
