Nice support

It was a bit hard i didnt wanted to buy the membership so i got like scamed by other website but the support is very Nice and helped me a lot and the site is pretty clean and usefull to buy less

Great escalation and resolve of complaint

I am thankful that the issue was responded to, so quick. Paula is a great help. However, why did this issue occur??? Why the necessity to cancel my subscription again, after it was already cancelled during 2024??? This does not make any sense, and causes great frustration, not good for the company image!!! Paula, I appreciate your help, but something is wrong my dear, get to the bottom of this!!!
