After I found the name of the bank online I tried to figure out the fees for their service. Could not find it online, so scheduled a call with them. Unfortunately nobody turned up at the online meeting. I guess 2 x "no answer", means forget it.

Tried to open a account uploaded all document asked for in the right format and I got a support person supposed to be human saying the document was not accepted, it was my utility bill and bank statement, I wouldn’t trust them with my money

SECOND SECURITY DOES NOT WORK FOR THIS BANK!
We have lost all our crypto coins only because our Google Authenticator does not protect our account against hackers when they set up a second user on our account. You think that you are protected but if any hacker login your account after simple request new password and not need to use your Google Authenticator codes and can login your account and then create a second user that also not need to be set up with any Google Authenticator codes and then they can transfer all your funds from your account that you think is protected by your Google Authenticator!
When I point out this major flaw in their security system and show them that all my cryptocurrencies are gone, almost $100,000, they never even say sorry! The only thing I received after one week was a letter blaming me for letting my email be hacked. They never speak about their responsibilities, despite my repeated requests to understand how someone could request a new password, create a new user, and transfer all my money while I had my account protected with Google Authenticator.
Therefore, be aware that your money is not protected by your password or any Google Authenticator setup.
When we make a complaint to their support and legal department, we get a letter from them saying:
Kindly be advised that this constitutes our final decision in this matter. It has been reached after due consideration, and no further claims, appeals, or correspondence will be entertained in relation to this issue.
So when I complain about what happened, they don't even feel sorry or show any empathy for what happened, and I am no longer allowed to discuss this case with them!
This happened with my company account. All other banks that this same hacker tried to steal from did not work out, as they have a second layer of security. All their support teams contacted me and helped me, providing great support. Additionally, most other banks offer some form of apology, show empathy, or provide compensation, but this one does nothing, really not caring about what happened to you, despite being aware of a significant flaw in their security system.

Now they make a false claim that they reached out to me, and this was unanswered! First of all, I did leave all my details, and TrustPilot can see this. Secondly, you are well aware of who I am, as your legal team has sent me a letter. If TrustPilot wants to see proof that I had an account with your bank and that $100,000 in cryptocurrencies was stolen from my company account by you, they can see this, as you even admit to this loss from my account in your letter that your legal team sent me. Your reply demonstrates how your bank handles its real clients.

I noticed multiple failed login attempts from unfamiliar IP addresses, but there were no alerts or emails. When I contacted support, they didn't even acknowledge it as a problem. That's unacceptable for a banking service.

I just opened account with TKB, it was easy and customer service person, Nino was very helpful. Right now installed bank app on my phone, it looks easy to use.
I'm not sure how transactions are secure with them, so I will use just for small amounts and order a card for payments.

I made a normal bank transfer, I had already made a few before. After that I was asked to provide a POA and pictures of my residence permit, which I did. They have now been staring my residence permit for week and blocked me of making any transactions or withdrawing my money. Its a decent amount of money that I have stuck there. I've sent emails and contacted live chat everyday after sending the documents without getting any real responses. I suggest to stay far away from this place. I hope I get some responses now.

I use this bank for 5 companies that I bank for. I have a Bank manager, they respond to all my questions. It has online banking and also virtual debit cards. I find the platform easy to use. It is also crypto friendly. The fees are pretty high but for the service I get I believe it is 100% worth it.

To all citizens of Dominica, please be informed that you are not allowed to have an account with this bank, even though they allow you to sign up and share your personal information.
You will only find this information in the Terms and Conditions section, clause 3.3, not during the signup process.
The bank must be responsible for this issue. It would be simple to remove the country name from the list of countries where individuals can open an account during the signup stage to avoid sharing personal information unnecessarily.

This so-called "bank" is an absolute disgrace and should be avoided. I made the terrible mistake of opening an account with them a year ago, paying 100 EURO upfront for a so-called "dedicated IBAN" for my Euro account—biggest regret of my life.
After stealing my money, they provided me with a fake, useless IBAN that never worked for sending money properly. Every time I tried to transfer money, they sent it through their shady POOL account instead — completely defeating the purpose of having a dedicated IBAN. And to add insult to injury, they still deducted transfer fees like everything was fine!
Fast forward — they have completely removed all my IBAN details AND stolen every last cent from my account. My balance is gone, just like their customer support. For the last 2 months, I’ve been emailing them nonstop, and guess what? Zero response. Total radio silence.
This is a bank of scamming the customers. You better use your common sense regarding dealing with them. Absolutely disgusting experience. I lose trust on them with Monopoly money.
