There’s no two-factor authentication, no login alerts, and no way to quickly secure your account if something goes wrong. These are basic security features for any modern bank. I shut down my account within a week because I didn’t feel safe.

This is by far the worst bank I have ever used. I received a transfer from a company based in the Netherlands, and instead of processing it normally, the bank blocked the transfer without explanation.
I was then forced to wait while they “investigated,” asking ridiculous and unnecessary questions about why the money was sent — despite the fact that this was a legitimate business transaction. I provided all requested documentation, including invoices and full proof of the source of funds.
After weeks of delays and extremely poor communication, they unilaterally returned the money to the sender, causing serious problems for my business and making this account completely useless. No proper explanation, no accountability, no professionalism.
I have accounts with other banks and tried to use this one as well — that was a mistake. Terrible service, very slow responses, and clearly unqualified staff.
I strongly do not recommend this bank to anyone, especially if you run a business or expect international transfers to work properly.

Based on my previous review Customer officer did come back to me saying the same thing the so called RELEVNT TEAM is has the matter and they will inform, in my surprise the RELEVANT TEAM never came back but I had to sit 3 days straight keep refreshing my page to see the option to appear and eventually it did and I was able to successfully deposit my funds, for future users stay with Jeton Cash Vouchar to deposit in Kingdom bank as it supports it and also Jeton Vouchar fee is 1% to deposit but Kingdom Vouchar is 6%. So buy Jeton Vouchar Only as kingdom Bank supports deposits from Jeton Cash Vouchar as well. But still Their customer Service and the so Called RELEVANT TEAM needs a ramp up very quick.

I’m honestly furious. They deleted my review and I have no idea why?? I can provide the emails and proof of the contact with the kingdom bank.
In case they remove this one too, here’s the summary:
1. I was invited to open an account with Kingdom Bank right after I started the process with Jeton Bank, which made it very clear to me that they’re connected. Same setup, same style. And yes, I believe they probably have more companies under the same umbrella to move money around in different ways.
2. I had a meeting with one of their representatives, Muzaki, and he didn’t seem confident about the services or the company. He mentioned it could take more than a week for an application fee to arrive because things weren’t working properly at the moment at the kingdom bank. A week? For a bank? It already showed how unreliable their system is. The staff didn’t seem trained, didn’t understand basic financial terms. It honestly felt more like a call centre full of people who weren’t happy to be there and had no solid financial knowledge.
3. I know companies that have already onboarded with them, and even basic SWIFT or SEPA transfers don’t work properly. Payments get delayed forever or don’t arrive at all. Completely unacceptable.
4. The real issue seems to be the management. The employees just repeat scripts and don’t actually know what’s going on behind the scenes. Even they don’t speak positively about the company(this is the reason my concern started).
5. From everything I’ve seen and heard, this does not come across as a serious financial institution. It feels more like a place that focuses on onboarding high-risk clients just to move money around. That is my honest impression based on what I’ve experienced.
6. I was even told by their own employee on the meeting that the company is run in a very closed, Turkish traditional way, which explains a lot about how things operate internally.
7. I’m going to keep looking into this company, because there are too many unanswered questions. Who is running it? Who is investing in it? Why are they onboarding high-risk clients? Are they even authorised to operate in the UK? Where are their offices located? He said the it was located a walking distance from St Paul’s. But their presence in the uk raises a lot of doubts.
8. And yes, they will probably delete this review again. But if at least one person reads it before they do: please don’t open an account with this company. If they keep deleting my review, I’ll keep posting it. We need to stop this business from operating in European countries. Scammers are using this company to scam all of us.
