The trousers are really bad material they go bobbly straight away. Best thing is the colour!

Quite honestly, this company is wonderful!
I bought a beautiful women’s knitted hooded jacket in rainbow colours. The website claims it is hand knitted by the local women in Nepal and designed for the cold of Nepalese winters and I can well believe it. I live in the North of England and wore it today to walk my dogs - in VERY cold and windy weather. I was delighted with how comfy and warm it felt.
It looks and feels hand knitted, is lined with fleece to make it snuggly warm and has zipped pockets (2 external and 1 internal) to keep your personal bits and pieces secure. The hood can be removed, if you prefer, via a zip.
I love the bright colours but even if the colours aren’t your thing, the quality is fantastic and they offer a varied range of items.
It seems they also excel at customer service. I contacted the site with a question before my purchase and received a lovely - and very informative - reply from a lady called Laura. She answered all my questions and helped me enormously with my decision to buy.
I know that I have raved a little bit about this company but, quite frankly, it’s so nice to find a place that sells gorgeous things at reasonable prices whilst also delivering friendly and excellent customer service!
I’ve already recommended this site to many of my friends and family and will continue to do so at every opportunity.

I am impressed with my new harem pants - The material is good quality & they feel fab on. Sizing is perfect - I am size 8-10 and ordered Small.

These are lovely and warm, very comfortable too.
The only downside side is the surface fluffs up, even with ligh use.

From my initial enquiry, to my final delivery, the service I've received has been 5 star.
I wasn't sure of the size to order, so I ordered one of each and the returns policy was clearly described to me.
Size small was too small, but I was struggling to find a large one the website in the styles I liked.
I contacted them again and was sent a link to all the styles that had a large in stock, which must have taken a while to prepare, and today I received my order and I'm really happy with the trousers I have. The material and pattern is amazing and they fit perfectly.

Great service, fast delivery and just as advertised. These warm elephant harem pants are so warm and comfortable I ordered another 2 pairs. Just wish more in stock of the other warm ones. Great quality and although say's hand wash I did chance a pair on a cool wash and were just fine.
