Used to be a favourite, came there for food and drink every day of the same week (notwithstanding the ambitious prices) until... sitting there as paying customers we were unceremoniously told that "there is a booking" on our particular table in 10 mins and we need to vacate it. Worst of all, when we tried to explain to the person calling herself the manager that you cannot do this to paying customers who are already there, she was completely bemused by this suggestion.

To top it all off, 5 minutes later she offered the same table to the next walk ins.

Juices arrived within a few days.
Found the juices really enjoyable and certainly felt better after juicing for a few days

The best juice I’ve ever tried. Probably sound like a whack job to my friends and family. Always asking if anyone wants to try it!

Love the cali sun and lemonade juice drinks they have super high content of goodness and are a quality product compared to others

My wife received her first Juice Smith delivery having ordering some of their juices and shots from the website for us and the kids.

The kids weren't so keen on the celery juice which we may not order again but the Cali Sun juice was fantastic. The kids are having them in their lunch box for school now while we have been taking the ginger shots every morning. They taste really fresh and are the strongest ginger shot I've tried on the market so far, they pack a real punch!

We would definitely recommend these juices and will definitely be ordering again to try the different flavours... Just maybe not the celery juice.

Absolutely delicious juices - best I’ve tried, and great service. All arrived in a few days in perfect condition, and I was very impressed that they arrived chilled!

A big thank you to Tom. The juices are fabulous. The only company I found organic and cold press and juices without any fruit! Most other companies always have fruit in them. Will definitely order again. Fantastic

The juice cleanse had a lot of substitutes with no prior notice. I would not have ordered the cleanse if I had known there were going to be so many substitutes.

Loved The Juice Smith! We visited for the first time and were spoilt for choice with amazing healthy and nourishing food. Made without seed oils and also vegan and so many gluten free options. We loved the fresh almond milk and deserts too!

My order came the next day and the juice was fabulous. So much easier than making my own. I knew all the juices had everything I needed for the day.

Ordered the skin and digest 3 day cleanse and one of the juices wasn’t what was advertised in the cleanse. I ordered next day delivery (paying an extra £10) on Friday at 10:47am and got the order on Tuesday at 12:30pm which is actually 2 working days later and mid day - not very convenient to start the cleanse immediately. I would advise delivering in the morning first thing.
And finally a lot of the juices don’t taste great in my opinion. Not the experience I imagined it would be.

I had a few questions which were all answered really swiftly and I had a great customer experience. The juices arrived quickly, well packaged and were very good. I would reorder again and would recommend.

But disappointed as our box arrived very damaged and also missing instructions for juices. This needs to be with the juices!

I’m a regular customer of TJS and a regular “cleanser”. This delivery was not to the usual quality previously I’ve collected my cleanses from the Cobham store. This was delivered. The cooling ice products were already defrosted even though it was delivers in the morning and I picked it up immediately from the doorstep and the juices were warm and there was not the usual cleanse manual inside which I like to read to plan my cleanse. I had to email the store for this. Not the good experience I’m used to sadly. Next time I’ll come to the store to buy direct. Wouldn’t order online again.

Great to deal with - helpful and responsive. Wonderful products - effective and clean.

I can’t speak more highly of the Juice Smith cakes. Our gluten and dairy free melted caramel cake was hands down one of the most delicious cakes I’ve tasted. But in addition, their customer service was amazing. After a cake disaster where the cake was accidentally dropped(!) the JS came to our rescue and made another one in time for our birthday party. I really can’t thank them enough.
