I can’t praise Craig enough. I took my wedding and engagement ring in, which I no longer wore. After a talking through what I wanted I now have 2 beautiful earring/necklace sets. He made gold earrings to match a pendant I already had. Also a diamond and white gold set using the stones from my engagement ring. I now have some beautiful jewelry that I can’t wait to where. Thank you so much Craig.

I went with a diamond engagement ring and wedding ring set which my finger had gotten too big for (oops) Craig was great quoted there and then (Friday) rings ready by Tuesday and look fantastic cannot recommend enough!

Have used Craig for two rings so far. He replaced a gem and clean my wife's engagement ring which looked sensational. He also cleaned and replated my white gold wedding ring which had gone gold. Excellent communication throughout. Would recommend Craig highly

My first time using Craig’s services and it was such a pleasure after dealing with overpriced and snooty local jewellers. He resized an eternity ring and added a 3/4 shank to a solitaire diamond ring, excellent job and turned around in a week for a lot less than the local shop quoted me. Highly recommended

The Jewellery guy took my engagement ring, which had split in two and brought it back looking like new! Great price and fabulous service.

Contacted Craig to enquire whether he could join two wedding rings together, leaving a small gap between them using white gold fillers onto standard gold bands, the oldest ring was very worn hence the need for a second ring ,the finished single ring is amazing at a very reasonable cost and speedy service, im sure my late wife would approve ,thanks for your first class workmanship Craig

I was apprehensive taking my wife’s engagement ring for the stone to be reset but it was returned speedily and repaired beyond expectation.
He knows his trade and applies his skills and I don’t believe I would of received a better service anywhere within Derby.
I appreciated the work he carried out and my wife even more.

I have my wedding ring which unfortunately I couldn’t wear.I got in touch with Craig who kindly came to my house and within a few days my ring is resized and sparkling I sadly lost my husband so I am so happy to wear it again such a lovely guy and a first class job I’m cannot thank him enough and very reasonable I’ve commissioned another job with him I would highly recommend thankyou

From my first contact with Craig he was knowledgeable about jewellery and up-front about the costs. This gave me confidence in him.
I went with a range of requests including repairing a ring band, altering some earrings, adding a charm to a bracelet, and to buy a new necklace chain.
Craig listened carefully, explained the faults in the ring band, gave ideas for the earrings and necklace. His costs were very good and the quality of the repairs and alterations was excellent. The new chain was lovely and a very good price.
I will definitely use Craig again for my jewellery alterations and purchases, and recommend him to my friends and neighbours.

High quality and amazing service. Craig is super knowledgeable! We brought my partners signet ring in for resizing (which couldn’t be done by another jeweller due to the finish) but this was no problem for The Jewellery Guy!
