Extremely poor services

Extremely poor services , I have had their engineer 3 times in last 6 months but no one knows what is wrong with the gate which is not working in last 6 months. Their main aim is to get the money from the customer and provide with no services. Their engineer come , do nothing , charge money and leave the customer high and dry to then chase them to rectify the problem which the customer has paid up front .
There is general lack of professionalism and no respect for the customer what so ever. All the company is interested in is to get easy money for providing NO services to the customer.
Would not recommend this company even to my enemy .
