Customer Service Leo Vaig was helpful in booking me another flight, however I was disappointed when I put my Japan airline ticket on hold and when I was ready to purchase the Japan airline ticket, it was not available. I was in the window to purchase my Japan airline ticket and did not past the deadline of the hold.
I feel that it should not be given to another person when I still was at the window to purchase my ticket.

MISSED COMMUNICATION ADVANTAGE
My son was transferred to this agency from Japan Airlines, not knowing this travel agency, Intinity Travel! all indian customer service! they talk to fast that my son then clicked accept on the payment. And now it's affiliated with ALASKA airlines! though its still fying with JAL. The odd thing and red flag about this is. This agency added over $1,000 add on price, with the actual price of the flight from Alaska Airlines. I called Alaska Airlines! they said their ticket should only be $2,500. Those dates! This agency added over $1,000 on top of that! They never send us any email, receipt, or explanation. We just got the confirmation number of the flight! no billing receipt, no sign of an acknowledgment letter, nothing! We saw our contact email address from Alaska Airlines with a different person's email address! WE NEVER HAD ANY EXPERIENCE WITH A TRAVEL AGENCY CHARGING OVER $1,000 DOLLARS IN ADDITIONAL SERVICE!!! unfortunately, it was cleared, and I need to pay! This is ridiculous. I will try to file and contact my lawyer regarding this matter!
