I have just sent them a message through their landing page regarding these fake reviews which have been bought and paid for, they then closed the chat so I am unable to tak to them, this is red flags guys, please don't part with your hard earned money.

The advert on youtube was heartfelt and a very good ad to be honest they almost even had me, and I have never been scammed in my life.

Also, what MAN uses his daughter to advertise a product that doesn't exist and rips people off? Disgusting behaviour, No of course they can't set up a trading bot for you and generate you a passive income, otherwise they wouldn't be charging you £1997- £2497, the property that the young man was sitting in was an airbnb.

Guys please don't fall for this, I almost did and some people already have.

Also, before I get a reply saying "You are not an infinity member" Of course I'm not, you blocked me from the chat and have no interest in taing accountability for the questions you are being asked. Reported to trading standards.

Avoid at all costs. The 'free' option is to take out a loan for £2500 and give it to them, the other 'free' option is to pay with a credit card. They claim this is no risk but handing over £2500 with no guarantee you'll earn it back is a pretty big risk. Avoid as its nothing but a scam.

The presentation of this product leaves one unclear and confused as to how it actually works. This product has been on offer for only a few months. I have had some good contact with the staff for explanations and clarification, including a personal phone call.

Channels of communication have gone silent over the Xmas New Year period, an experience which I see has frustrated other reviewers. I think that the excuse offered by Infinity that the staff have been on holiday is unacceptable and demonstrates inferior customer service. There should be staff on duty able to respond to customers during this time.

I have also received a stream of emails from Jono Armstrong warning that the chance to join is time limited, and finally is/has (again not clear) expiring. This was not backed up by conversations with his staff, and I remain concerned about a marketing approach which aims at generating FOMO and rushing people to join up. This would be false advertising and illegal under the consumer protection legislation in my country.

I am also concerned that most of the 30 reviews here on Trustpilot that I have looked at are from India and thus unrepresentative of a fair geographical spread, and also many are obviously copycat using the same and sometime identical wording, something I have flagged to Trustpilot.

I was encouraged by the mention of FTMO in the advertising videos, (I have an FTMO account) only to discover in my inquiries that Infinity doesn't actually use FTMO.

I am also disquieted by the practice of having what is held to be an unconditional guarantee but blacklisting you if you actually do ask for a refund. This was explained to me as being to discourage "tyre kickers" (lookie-loos in American slang). I suggest that if you are getting "tyre kickers" they are in fact people who respond to your pressure emails and find on getting involved they have not been able to unscramble the lack of clarity you present your product with, (exactly where I have arrived) and so want out.

I was prepared to commit but have changed my mind. There is too much doubt engendered by the way you present yourselves. You need to get your act together and present your selves better, and with more consideration to the customer.

I am also disappointed by the high number of obviously false and worthless reviews, which are the responsibility of Trustpilot to eliminate.

After my experience I would be a fool to get involved I feel, and I cannot recommend others to do so either.

The rule 'never be unprepared to walk away from a business deal' applies.

Now after a week still no reply.

THAT WAS all my savings down the drain. I feel stupid that I trusted in their youtube ads.
