Avoid like the plague! A total scam! Expect to pay customs charges on delivery of goods outside India, and do not make that clear at time of purchase. They do NOT offer refunds, only credit notes , and you have to pay for items to be returned. The worst customer service I have experienced.
On April 28, 2023, I placed an order for garment material from Theindianethnicco (Order #TIECO87582). But after a few days, they informed me that the item was sold out, and I would need to select another material. I requested a refund, but they refused it and had me get something else instead. Therefore, on May 9, 2023, I had placed a new order (Order #TIECO89431). However, they have not yet sent the item. They're not responding to my mails either.
This is the worst internet store I've ever encountered. This seems to be an elaborate scam.
