I have deducted 2 stars, I was disappointed as you sent a product wherein colour of ludo board itself was not clean and had spots on them.
Also, ludo board could have been thicker. Its a thin ply. Even the box is not strong enough.

The product is not upto the mark
The product is not upto the mark. Even though it’s pretty expensive for a handmade product, I still bought it as I wanted to gift my friend. I would have got a better product for that price in local market. The cool pictures and website had me deceived.

Authentic products and Great customer support
First of all, the products are truly lovely and authentic. Support prior to delivery of the products was prompt and all my queries were responded to my satisfaction. I found the prices extremely reasonable (as compared to what i found on other websites) for the excellent quality.

The order was for three silk pocket…
The order was for three silk pocket squares of batik print. One pure silk pocket square was of batik print, the other was a plain pure silk one but the third one (green) was not silk.

The customer service is prompt but socks are okayish
The customer service is prompt, I ordered 4 pairs of woolen socks. I found the size for most of them inconsistent. The socks become loose after a handful of days use.
