Used this site multiple times when im looking for something in particular and search function always works and purchase and receiving is easy!

I ordered the Limited time Liberator skin from when it was concepted about a month ago. Service is fast, checking out is easy and they link to the "Shop" app if you like that. And i had my paint gifted to my account within about 15 minutes once the payment processed. I will continue to use these guys for all sorts of rare off the wall hard to obtain stuff in star citizen as I am a nut about collecting all the limited time stuff.

Excellent, fast service and REALLY good prices! The Impound is the best third-party site to Star Citizen I have found for great prices on standalone ships and upgrades! I have made several orders with them and have yet to have a bad experience.

Started off rough with a false flag but got ahold of them through there support system and worked everything out. Purchase was delivered quickly and after with a few extra items to make up for the hassle. Would definitely recommend and will purchase again

I honestly was nervous of buying things here but i am extremely happy with my purchase and got exactly what i paid for. I would highly recommend to buy the LTI packages, you shouldnt get a ship for like 2 months if u spend more than 100$. anyway my 2 cents... o7

This was one of the worst selling experiences I have had. I was trying to negotiate directly with the user “Admiral Tarkin,” and the entire exchange came across as dismissive, arrogant, and completely uninterested in fair discussion.

I contacted them twice to sell an account, and both times the pattern was the same: they made an extremely low offer, and the moment I tried to negotiate toward something more reasonable, the tone immediately shifted. Instead of handling it professionally, “Admiral Tarkin” responded in a way that basically amounted to “take it or leave it” and brushed off any attempt at serious negotiation.

They hide behind vague comments about “market conditions,” but in practice it looks more like a strategy of offering sellers a fraction of what their accounts can realistically be sold for elsewhere. In my case, the offer was around one-third, or even closer to one-quarter, of what would be considered a fair resale value. That is not good-faith business. That is aggressive lowballing.

What made the experience especially bad was not just the number itself, but the attitude behind it. I was not being unreasonable, and I was not lowballing them. I was simply trying to have a normal negotiation and get a fair offer. Instead, “Admiral Tarkin” made it very clear that the moment you do not immediately accept their low offer, you are treated like a nuisance.

Based on my experience, this company does not seem to value respect, professionalism, or honest dealing. If you are thinking of selling to them, be prepared for low offers, no real negotiation, and a dismissive attitude the second you push back.
