Paid for the men’s elite watch off the website, got told via email as I enquired about authentication, I got told it would come with an authentic certificate. What arrived was nothing off the website, didn’t get told anything for 5 days and only to be told it is authentic and the watch doesn’t have the “Hugo boss logo anymore” despite it being a different colour, different silver, different number in it and the surrounding square of it. Not to mention it had a “Japan china bracelet” attached to it. No authentic certificate.
No apologies, no explanation just got told I’m welcome to Return it and mind you they make you print the labels yourself so you are out of pocket, not many people own a printer these days.
Mind you as well I provided them all proof of photos with what was on the website to what I received.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
DO NOT BUY A WATCH FROM THEM. not worth it, mind you they charge $500-$700 for some of their Hugo boss watches for a fake cheap china Japan bracelet.

Decent to shop? Rethink again
The Iconic website got decent variety of fashion ranges for you to select; however, if you changed your mind or dislike what you bought, and requested a return, there’s no full refunds (shipping costs non refundable)…this is a big turn down for me so even though you returned the dissatisfied item back to them, they still earn part of your money…it’s a win win for their businesses but NOT for the consumers.

Express shipping a rip off
I paid for express shipping expecting my package to arrive promptly in time for my trip. However, I was disappointed when the delivery did not arrive on time as promised. Despite paying for expedited shipping, the package was delayed, and I did not receive the service I paid for.
Further, despite the inconvenience and failure to meet the promised delivery date, they won't issue any refund or compensation for the delayed shipping. This lack of accountability and failure to provide the service as advertised is unacceptable. It's a rip off.
Overall, I am dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend their express shipping service to others.

minus 1 star to be truthful. Item ordered over 1 month ago has still not been delivered by The Iconic's preferred couriers. Couriers Please drivers lie constantly about their whereabouts, say no-one is home when there is, leave no note in box and fail to deliver on a re-delivery request. How many re-deliveries do I have to request to receive my order?
Decent range, same day delivery is hit and miss
By Australian standards, they have a decent range - and they offer four hour and same day delivery options which is a big plus compared to competitors. Where they go wrong is with the consistency of the delivery - more often than not it's fine - but occasionally the delivery will be come late or not until the next day and without prior warning. I think need to proactively contact them to figure out what's going on and to request a refund for the fee I paid for express delivery

Made an order and got sent something I didn’t even order instead. Contacted them and was told to return the items and I will be given a store credit. Emailed again to say why can’t they just send me what I ordered instead of a store credit. Still waiting to be sent what I ordered after I returned what was wrongly sent. Will never order anything from here ever again! * update * they never sent what I had ordered and just refunded me instead, even though what I brought is still available in the website. Rubbish return policy if something is bought as a gift. There is no way of returning something without the account owner having to get involved. I don’t want to do this.
The Iconic’s return policy sucks
The Iconic’s return policy is unreasonable and I won’t be shopping with them any longer. I purchased my partner a jacket for his birthday. I was slowly purchasing him gifts over the last couple of months to make it more affordable. I gave him his jacket and he needed the size up. It’s then I discover I’ve missed the Iconic’s 30 day return window by three days. The item is no good to my partner and I can’t exchange or refund after 33 days? How is 30 days a reasonable period of time? Shouldn’t they be willing to exchange based on the circumstance? I won’t be spending my money with a company who is happy to take my money but not happy to offer any reasonable after sales service after an arbitrary period of time and isn’t prepared to take any circumstances into account. Other companies can and do do better by their customers.

I ordered a watch, they sent it to Melbourne instead of the address I gave them in New Zealand. Then cancelled the order and refunded me when I asked what was happening. Then told me to reorder it if I still wanted it, now the same discounts won't apply. Scammers

I just got my order of items in size 18 and 20.. nothing fits either too big or too small! In other brands I’m an easy xl or xxl but in their Dazie range I’m nothing? I won’t be buying again.

Best customer service I have experienced. Promptly respond to everything, pay for returns with easy process and are very upfront when final sale is no return.
Very quickly resolved parcelpoint issue when parcelpoint refused to print return label despite advertising they would (use Australia Post for hassle free returns).
Could not ask for better service from the Iconic and definitely recommend!
