Bad customer service

They are not responding to emails. I mailed them on their given email 10 times but no respond. I too think that my money is wasted and i am not going to get my order. They said that they will send me a tracking link but they still had not send yet

Thehypecloset scam

I ordered clothing from this site, but the quality was disappointing, so I returned the items. Although they advertise refunds, I never received mine. After several attempts to reach out, they stopped responding altogether. I lost over $500 to this website, and it feels like a scam. Be cautious of the fake positive reviews—I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from here.

UPDATE AFTER CONTACT REQUEST FROM THEHYPECLOSET:

After several attempts to contact TheHypeCloset as they requested below. Via WhatsApp, their contact form, and email—I’ve received NO response. They claim to have customer service, but clearly don’t. At this point, it feels like they’ve just taken my money and ignored me. Avoid this site at all costs.

The so-called chargeback never took place. That's the whole reason for my review. As you can see, they simply block customers. Nothing but lies.

I have carefully returned the fake items to the official return adres below, unfortunately I lost my money.

This customer didn't wait for our team to process the return and opened a chargeback. He was blocked from ordering again from us, but he received his money back.
