When Hula was first established, I consigned items with them and found their customer service to be good. However, when I recently considered consigning again, my experience was different. I spent time taking and submitting over 100 photos, but none of my item was accepted and no thorough explanation was provided.

I have previously consigned both contemporary and luxury items. While I understand that luxury brands may be more commercially attractive, the selection process appeared to favour certain consignors rather than being based purely on item condition, relevance, trend, or customer demand, as described on their website—particularly when it comes to contemporary brands. The overall experience was very disappointing.

I do consignment with Hula, easy to use, services is great, process is fast and simple, love it!!!

I also buy from them, its a great place to shop, always can find great vintage piece at good price!

Love their items! found brands that I always wanted to buy but at discount prices. I was really surprised to know that there are people who bought things without wearing them or just once. The staff there are very friendly and helped me with a bit of styling. The warehouse in Wong Chuk Hang is spacious and I could just hang out there for hours to look for treasures.
