The course was a real eye opener and certainly made me see how different people are. However they all need to managed individually. Its not all about the manager adapting their style to the individual but the responsibility of the individual to adapt to their colleagues too.

I attended the Dealing with Difficult People course day hosted by James Perryman in Billingsgate. It was one of the most engaging, thought provoking and motivating courses I have attended. James managed to get the best out of everyone who attended!

Excellent trainer who could pitch for all levels of experience

The New Manager Bootcamp was a good course. Lots of good tips, interesting ideas to try out on the team and a good sense of humour. Particularly enjoyed the problem solving exercise!

I loved The New Manager Bootcamp. Larry was engaging and informative. He really kept the room involved and was never boring me. I usually dread courses like this but this one was brilliant. The things he was saying was so obvious to me but only because of the way Larry delivered it. I will definitely be taking back the tips learned and have urged my workplace to book this for more managers.

I really appreciated the format that allowed for plenty of discussion and sharing between the attendees.

Recently attended the Newly Appointed Director course. The content was great, the presenter excellent and the facilities & staff were really impressive

Our trainer Heather was brilliant! For an online course she really connected with all on the course and everyone felt comfortable contributing. I learnt so much from the course about tasks I do daily, but how to approach managing them in a more effective way. So many useful tips. I would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to strengthen their skills that currently work in a supporting role. Thank you Heather for all your help!

In-house Managing Change. I really liked the course and found it helpful in understanding my colleagues better and where I might improve being a change champion. I found James to be knowledgeable and approachable.

Attended 'How to make stress useful' and it felt very I attended the 'How to Make Stress Useful' session and found that it felt more like a personal reflection from the course leader rather than a practical workshop. There were limited takeaways for attendees looking to better manage stress or drive change within their organizations. A greater focus on actionable strategies and structured guidance would enhance the value of the session.

Cath was a great host and led us through the content professionally, but had a very approachable and open demeanour which made it more comfortable to interact with the session.
