Premium price, NOT premium durability
You'd think paying a premium for a name brand product would get you longevity and good customer service. Unfortunately, that hasn't been our experience with The House of Noa. My family and couple of friends all bought House of Noa play mats for our kids' playrooms, and in less than two years the tiles started peeling.
When I contacted them about replacing the damaged tiles, the best they offered was 50% off a new $400 mat. For a product that should have lasted much longer, that felt like a poor solution. Why would I spend another $200 on this company that already ridiculously marks up their products?
My advice: save your money and buy one of the $50 mats on Amazon. Even if you replace it every year, you'll still spend less than you would on theirs by the time your kids outgrow it.
