Pete turned up when he said he would and carried out a thorough inspection of my new house. Upon inspection, he discovered some mould in the kitchen spanning under the kitchen units that we were unaware of. As a family of asthma sufferers we flagged to the developer right away who began immediate action. All thanks to Pete’s meticulous work. Report received within a few hours of him leaving. Top work and a top man too. HIGHLY recommended.

We contacted Pete in advance of our move to a new build house and from the outset we were impressed with his courteous and knowledgeable approach.

We asked Pete to carry out a post completion snagging report for us the day after we moved in as opposed to a pre-completion report. The post completion snagging allowed Pete the necessary time to fully review our property and it was extremely good value for money when considering Pete’s wealth of knowledge and how thorough he was. Pete checked the externals of our house before a thorough inspection inside.

Pete arrived on time at 8am and was with us for the whole day and following the visit we then received a detailed report with photos and guidance.
We would highly recommend Pete to anyone thinking of buying a new property because of his knowledge, courteous manner and value for money.

Great experience with this company. Pete was very professional, knowledgeable, and detail-orientated. I was able to carry on with work while he conducted the survey. Just what you need. Prices were very reasonable and the customer service was excellent. Everything was checked ..even door handles … each one! My report was comprehensive and the summary was very useful. I used this company for my second year snag survey and wished I had used them for the first one. Pete also helped me respond to pushbacks, which was above and beyond.

Pete was great, the whole thing from start to finish was so easy and straightforward. Not only did he do an amazing job with the snagging he also offered to help with the follow up if need be.

Truly deserves his 5 star review. Pete is incredibly thorough and professional, has immense experience and is an absolute pleasure to deal with - taking time to explain issues if asked. Didn't miss a thing, front to back, outside to inside, bottom to top. I had previously raised various issues with my developer and been getting fobbed off. His report led to an immediate change in attitude and they started to address things. He spotted so many things I would never have identified (180 in total!). Wish I'd got his report from the outset rather than trying to create my own amateur snagging list. If you're looking at this review then you're thinking of getting a report - I'd definitely say get a professional report from Pete, if he spots even one or two things you wouldn't then it more than likely pays for the cost of the report. It also gives you peace of mind that the workmanship on your new home has been independently, professionally assessed.

We can’t recommend Pete enough and are really pleased with the service we received from him. Having never used professional snagging services before, we were unsure what to expect. Pete shared a detailed explanation of the process including timings for the day, ahead of the scheduled appointment so we knew what to expect on inspection day.
On the day Pete was really friendly and worked efficiently and with very little impact to our morning. As home workers, it was really noticed and appreciated how little impact the survey had which included Pete being willing to work on areas of the house in line with work commitments that we had.

Pete took the time to go through the findings/show us key findings whilst at our property and then shared the report with us on the same evening as the inspection. The report was easy to review and in a format that made sharing it with our developer seamless.
