Terrible place, I had an issue and asked to speak to the manager on three occasions all three I was promised a call back and never got one. My issue was with their staff amongst other things and that is why I think they wouldn't get back to me. Terrible customer service and some of the staff are very rude to say the least. All they are interested in selling you things. If you have an issue with this company do not expect them to even talk to you about it you will be blanked like me.

I recently purchased a Wellis Palermo Spa from this company The Hot tub place . As they were local to me they were the first place I started my research. I then looked at a variety of other brands and contacted other companies as well as doing a thorough research online. Dave was my salesman and he was never pushy at any point unlike some other companies in Cheshire who relentlessly call me or email me . Dave was really good at giving me non biased and useful information so I returned to have another look after I had gained more knowledge .I found the wellis to be as superior in quality as other major brands such as Master Spa ,Myspa and Wellness but much better value for money . Delivery was within 2weeks of purchase and they organised everything including crane delivery and electrician all within 2weeks . The delivery and the electrician Tom were very good and well used to doing this type of work . Mark and Wayne were here for set up and they too were very Good at explaining everything to me and demonstrating it all . WHICH SPA magazine ranked this brand of spas well and one of their main considerations is to avoid Chinese and try to buy local . Purchasing from the hot tub place I feel very secure that I have achieved both of those tips .i would highly recommended this brand and this dealer. Hoping to have many happy soaks in my new spa

After long hours searching the internet and being left confused, I visited Dave at The Hot Tub Place in Moreton. There I was able to see the differences in costs and the build quality of the Wellis range. I never felt under pressure at any time and am so happy that I chose a Wellis Malaga hot tub. Family love it and great for my aches and pains. Highly recommended.

I am so glad that I visited the BISHTA website to find an approved dealer. BISHTA had The Hot Tub Place listed and after a visit to see the tubs in their showroom, I was pleasantly surprised with the range and knowledge. Dave and Alistair were great and helped me choose the right tub for me. Loving the hot tub and would definitely advise a visit.

Called in to hot tub place today to get info on hot tubs. Really helpful and relaxed info offered without any pressure to buy. Helped to make clear the pros and cons when looking at hot tubs

The Hot Tub Place in Birkenhead.
We purchased a Topaz 3 seater tub from this company in July 2018. After promises to arrange the delivery I had to take control and contacted them several times to get a date sorted.
The delivery company and supplier Superior Spas were fine, their delivery guys were very good, explained the controls and offered any assistance they could provide in the future. Thank God they did!
Just a couple of weeks ago I started encountering problems - the LED lights failed, the top side control clock was/is going crazy and has been reset several times. The filter cycle kicks in whenever it feels like and the jets automatically switch off after 3 minutes instead of 15-20 minutes.
Contact with Superior Spas has been fine, immediate response with an immediate efffort to resolve it and we are now waitiing on an engineer due next week. Despite being disappointed that the tub is having problems I can’t knock Superior Spas for at least trying to resolve it.
On the other hand The Hot Tub Place have been cc’d into most of the e mail traffic and despite requesting acknowledgment and a response I’ve had nothing at all.
