Appalling. )Zero Stars. SCAM of the highest order-DO NOT BUY! Last year- Bought gift card for family-$400 via BUPA membership. They were able to use online-but got dates wrong. Tried to change dates. They Rang & rang & rang-no one answers phone. When they Finally did, they said it was non refundable & no cancellation. Site Says nothing about not changing the dates. Happy to pay the website fee to do so (well hidden & NOT in the confirmation email they send-which also has NO terms etc, which they say will be on email-but isn't) When you go looking, and it's really hard to find, you eventually find info that says you CAN change dates for a fee-$25- and pay the difference if the rate has changed. BUT-the rate change is what THEY say it is, not what the hotel says it is. So the rate difference may be less than what you paid, or only $80-$100 more. (take pics as proof!! of rates when you book) No refund if the rates have gone down btw. But they just take ages to get back to you. By which time, it's close to the date of the stay-rates have gone up up up. Oh, now you need to pay us the $25 fee & the $400-600 difference between what you paid (the gift card plus the extra to book) to change the dates....and you need to do it NOW so the hotel doesn't book out. Chat to the hotel directly now because so over this-they have plenty of rooms. SUCH A MASSIVE SCAM & DODGY AS ANYTHING. We will NEVER buy again. Better to just use wotif or booking.com & call hotel directly. NEVER AGAIN. It was meant to be a nice gift but became a major headache. (not sure of date-it was a year ago, so date below isn't exact. Gift card was bought for XMAS 2024 & they used it in 2025)
