My partner and I had a great experience with this company. The flight, the takeoff and landing were all very smooth, the views were amazing and the crew were very friendly. I have a fear of heights, so I was very nervous to get on the hot air balloon, but Adam was very patient, reassuring and accommodating and he made the whole experience as calm and stress free as possible. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fantastic hot air balloon experience, even if you're not a fan of heights!

We booked a hot air balloon ride for my nan’s 90th birthday and it was absolutely unforgettable. The team were amazing from start to finish – communication beforehand was clear and reassuring, and on the day they were so patient and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism and warmth made the experience feel extra special. Watching the sunset from the balloon was truly magical, and it made for the most perfect evening. Couldn’t have asked for better – highly recommend!

I was able to help my mum celebrate reaching 95 years old by taking her on a balloon flight with this amazing company. They have a basket with four seats and helped my mum get in and out. With restricted mobility, this was ideal! With another passenger over 90, we went over Bristol, with a very knowledgeable pilot, who pointed out all the land marks and explained a lot about balloons too! A magical experience which we all loved.

Wonderful experience, great people, lovely trip and very very succinct and professional service. Would 100%recommend. The icing on the cake was that the captain managed to grab some great snaps unbeknownst to us of the proposal. Really made the trip. Thanks team.

Simply Amazing experience! We flew a couples early morning flight at the Bristol Balloon Fiesta. My wife was a bit apprehensive but Adam’s safety briefing and piloting skills put her at ease. So much so, she wants to do it again. Adam and the entire company team were fantastic! The views, peaceful and serenity of the flight is far beyond what one would expect.
