Hosting Heroes's service has been consistently reliable. I did lose the receipt of emails yesterday. Via the online chat just now I was advised to update the mail server and this fixed the problem.

These chaps have been hosting websites for me for years. When I have a question or need help with a technical issue, they are quick to respond and sort things out for me. I think they value long term business - even with small businesses like mine.

I've been with them for many, many years now. I started with 1&1 who eventualy messed me about just a bit too much so I moved and I've got to say I couldn't be happier. I've only got my one website so I'm not a heavy user, and for that I wish it was a little cheaper as with the cost of hosting, security certificates etc. it adds up.
But every time I've needed help their support has been perfect. Often going above and beyond to provide better solutions. I really can't fault them.

The support is second to none. I placed a support ticket which was answered within 10 minutes and my issue was resolved within 30 minutes. A breath of fresh air compared to other service providers which can take days to respond.
