Honest Bison replies quickly to the fulfillment of orders. The products are as advertised and of excellent quality.

I had to leave a message, and it took too long to get a reply. That caused me to have to pay for overnight shipping.

The product, however, was outstanding.

Fast delivery & food was still frozen. All the meats have been delicious. I feel good knowing that the animals that provide the meat are taken care of humanely and are treated with respect. THANK YOU!

The meat, including roasts and cuts to be potted or cooked in moist heat had far too much gristle, fat and otherwise inedible content. It was very disappointing .

My box of Bison filets arrived on time as promised and still frozen which was key as these will be cooked Morher’s Day😊

I recently got my first order from The Honest Bison and was impressed with the timeliness of the delivery. I LOVE Bison, so I only ordered Bison. Well, when I took my first bite, I fell in love with this company. Their prices are reasonable. They delivered within a few days. And, excellent quality of meat. Ordered quite a bit of meat. It was labeled wrong and I never received it. Not only did they replace my order, but they also refunded my money. Now THAT'S standing behind your product and customer service. I will always buy my meat from them

How easy it was to get amazing food, that’s not been tampered or manipulated. I love how transparent everything is here. Now the meat was out of this world!! Like you can taste of nutrients in it!!!

My #1 issue is total lack of response from you. As you know well I've emailed and text you several times, which you, rhe owner, completely ignored! It's simply inappropriate.

My recommendation is to choose signature option with your shipping. Couriers just leave at the door without knocking. Goods stay exposed in heat

Great quality meat! Have never had a bad experience.

I would have done 5 stars but I had to throw some meat away. I left a note in the comments stating “I work 14 hour days, please deliver it late so it may appear on a weekend”. However, it was delivered on a weekday and my meat sat outside for 8 hours in the Vegas heat. There was no additional cooling source other than the meat being frozen prior to shipping.

Very responsive and great customer service! And the beef and bison steaks are amazing! We are happy about the humane way the animals are cared for and that they are grass fed and pasture raised. Thank you!

I had left an original review complaining that I never saw the shipping price, and the owner of the company reached out immediately and refunded me completely for the shipping. The meat is fantastic and it's hard to find bison ribeyes that good anywhere else at a similar price!

We just tried our Bison Filets! Wow great flavor an extremely tender!
Enjoyed them alot! Just used cracked pepper an salt as advised Thats all it needs !
