We took a risk when putting our property up for sale with The Homes Group, they were new to the Market and didn’t have the huge following the high street agents could offer, however they were local and we wanted to put our trust in them and the risk certainly paid off. Within the first 2 weeks they secured multiple viewings and also received multiple offers. From start to finish we received a real personal service where communication was very informative to the point where I would reach out for queries unrelated to my case and the advice I received was spot on. Obviously the homes group deserve breaks but when I would contact them via email/text at any time I got a prompt response as the homes group were on hand at all time.

This was our first experience selling a property and I had heard nothing positive around the whole situation however the homes group made the whole process stress free and seamless, we really couldn’t recommend their services enough. A personal, friendly, professional and reliable service has been provided throughout our sale without any hesitation. We are so thankful to Brian for all his hard work and want to thank him for making everything run as smoothly as possible. Communication has been at a top level keeping us in the loop when needed. His experience within the estate agency sector has shown through, as any queries or stresses we had was dealt with in a professional and swift manor.

The Homes Group are like a breath of fresh air. They are head and shoulders above the run of the mill High Street estate agents and offer a truly personal, excellent service. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
Dealing with Brian was a pleasure, he is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and really cares about what he does. Our sale was not without its issues but Brian went above and beyond, liaising and chasing all relevant parties whilst always keeping us in the loop. Dealing with Brian and Joe has made the whole selling process efficient and stress free. I would highly recommend the Homes Group. We sold our late fathers house and both Joe and Brian were sensitive to our grief and professional every step of the way. Lots of relevant communication. None of the usual nonsense you notoriously get from estate agents. Very transparent with everything and gave good advise along the way.

By far the best estate agents. Brian was with us every step of the way. Especially since we were first time buyers he helped us so much throughout the process and we couldn’t of done it without him Level of communication was amazing, you always knew what was going on and where everyone else was at and Brian was so responsive to texts and calls always. He helped us so much through the process and is just an all round lovely and professional person to deal with. This is by far the best estate agents they actually care for every client. I would never recommend anyone else other than The Homes Group and Brian, the service is outstanding.

Can't recommend Brian from The Homes Group highly enough.He supported us through the process of selling and buying our house from start to finish.As always, there were some stressful moments in our chain to move but Brian was always on hand to advise on the best course of action or just to find out what was happening from the others parties.He was responsive to calls messages and a just nice person to deal with.
He is very professional and he has a big knowledge.Most of all, he loves what he does.Thanks to him, the impossible became possible.

What can I say.
We were signed up to 2 On-the-high-street Estate agents and getting nowhere. We found The Homes Group by chance on social media who offered their services and we are so glad they did. I think within a week we were having having viewings and even offers.

I have been a Landlord for well over 10 years and bought and sold many properties. The Homes Group are the best Estate Agent that I have used in that time. Excellent communications throughout, reasonable prices and personal touch that you know who you are dealing with rather than being passed off to a clueless school-leaver in his Dad's shiny suit. I have been very fortunate to have been supported by Brian and The Homes Group during my recent move. As a first time buyer there have been lots of things I have been unsure of and Brian has been readily available and quick to respond to all my queries, no matter the day or time. The Homes Group have worked closely with all parties involved in the process and and have kept me updated at all points whilst chasing up on any delays. I have felt in control at all points of the process and this is down to the communication and relationship I have built with Brian. I was also offered a free service for helping me move into my home which was massive help, my council tax, water, WIFI, tv, gas and electric were sorted after one short phone call, I would certainly recommend anyone to use this service.
