I too fell for this scam
I too fell for this scam. Too good to be true, I should have realised! Received order confirmation, invoice and even a dispatch notification a few days after ordering! Suddenly website disappeared and all links stopped working. Have notified credit card company and they are looking into it. I will also be checking trust pilot reviews in future, but it seems we were all scammed around the same time for the Ninja woodfire bbq!
First scam I have fell for !
First scam I have fell for! Very well presented web site, payment taken through a recognised payment portal and invoice emails received following the order all looked genuine!
After which communication stopped and website down, I will definitely be checking online reviews etc before purchasing again from a new supplier that I havent purchased from before in future!
A lesson learnt!

Yes to good to be true and like the others fell for it... these people are making it harder to tell the genuine deals and the cons. Hopefully the fact I bought it on my visa will mean I'll get the money back.
For info the phone number that came up on my visa bill was for a Range store somewhere down south and theyre now looking into the issues with their Fruad team.
I fell for it!
I fell for it! The temptation was too great but really I should have spotted the scam. Ordered the Ninja grill for £269.99 on 24/6 and received fairly sensible documents back. But then it all stops, the website is taken down and emails bounced back. Fortunately, I raised a dispute (on 1/7) with HSBC they have already refunded my lost money. My advice, if you bought from this scam, talk to your bank asap.
Fell for the same scam
Fell for the same scam, buying a Ninja bbq at a great price. Obviously too good to be true and nothing ordered. Luckily ordered by credit card. Website no longer exists and emails bounced back.
Ninja electric bbq at a price too good…
Ninja electric bbq at a price too good to be true and so it proved to be a scam
These people need sorting
Possibly setting up again under premium home store

This is a online scam. Avoid at all costs!! Advise your bank immediately and report to police.

SCAM
As others, I ordered and paid by card. Received invoice confirmation email. Checked delivery to find the web site has gone down. Checked address on Google maps to find it was not valid. Definitely a scam by scum. Hopefully they will be caught and dealt with.
I feel such a fool
I feel such a fool, I too ordered this Ninja package on Saturday 24th, tried to chase delivery and the website was down yesterday, can’t believe I have been so gullible. I have reported it to my bank and to the police.
SCAM
Please all report online to action fraud.police.uk to assist with the investigation. Let’s not let them get away with it.
The home and Garden Store Scam
Like a few others, i also bought the Ninja woodfire bbq this week......got the invoice....no tracking number.....links and web page no longer work. Paid by credit card so need to wait 30 days for the goods not received policy to kick in. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF THEY POP UP ON YOUR BROWSER
I ordered a Ninja Woodfire on Saturday…
I ordered a Ninja Woodfire on Saturday 24th June. They sent me an acknowledgement by email, including invoice. Delivery date was 1-3 working days. I received a further email from them on Monday, saying that my order was being processed. Nothing since. I've tried to log onto website which has now been taken down.
Avoid at all costs.
As I paid by credit card hopefully I will get my money back.
Definate scam site AVOID
Definate scam site. Ordered the Ninja grill deal but something didn't feel right about the cost and no updates since placing the order. Payed by credit card and hope I can claim this back. Tried to see if I could follow this up with the site to learn it doesn't exist. Gutted but will live and learn. AVOID this site. Should be a Zero star.
A scam!
I was also stupid enough to fall for the scam of the Ninja Woodfire BBQ from this company at a price too good to be true. As reported by others, this is a scam as the website is no longer in existence.
I have reported the seller to the police via Action Fraud (actionfraud.police.uk) and would recommend that anyone else affected does the same. If you are trying to get the money bank from your bank under charge back or section 75, it will help to have evidence of other people who have been similarly scammed by the company.
SCAM
SCAM! We ordered a Ninja woodburner and used Clearpay to pay in 4 instalments. Already taken 67.50 from my account.
I originally alerted Clearpay as I received NO confirmation from this store about my order but they still took payment. Now I'm being told to wait 7 days before filing a compliant against the merchant as their number, email and website is NO longer working.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
