I’ve known Lynne professionally for some time, and one thing that has always impressed me is just how meticulous she is.

Every trip she plans is checked from start to finish to make sure everything lines up and no detail has been overlooked. She asks questions — lots of them! — and will keep digging until she has the information she needs. No stone is left unturned.

Her knowledge of South Africa and Mauritius in particular is exceptional and comes from extensive first-hand experience. She also travels constantly to increase her knowledge of the destinations her clients are interested in, rather than relying solely on what she can find from behind a desk.

From the very onset Lynne at The Holiday Artist inquired as to what my wife and I actually wanted from our holidays.
She then patiently discussed our requirements and guided us through various permutations to finally delivery a package that suited all of our demanding needs.
However, this expertise did not stop once we booked, Lynne guided us through numerous issues regarding visa applications, entry permits, reserved flight seats and kept in touch with us throughout our travels through numerous South American countries.
Furthermore, when my wife suffered a fall in Argentina she assisted in our communications with our medical insurer and provided translated medical reports/statements from Spanish to English!
I had never used a Travel Expert before but after this extremely positive experience I will definitely do so again!

Had an amazing holiday all booked by Lynne. Her communication and customer service was excellent throughout. We couldn't have asked for more on the holiday arranged. The accommodation was lovely. The trips were excellent and the food recommendations were spot on. Would definitely recommend to friends and would book again.

Looked at a couple of things online - got in touch with Lynne and all advised and booked, with great advice and speedy response time to any query. Would definitely recommend Lynne to anyone looking to book anything usually do it myself, but this is the way to go much less stressful.
