You can improve on Client services since you are an online store. Convenience is important and is one of the biggest difference between in-store and online shopping. This should be reflected in the response time of the customer service operations.

These people are scammers

These people are scammers. They just automatic take my money and send that I purchased something and I didn't. It was my transport money to go to hospital
