Failed experience
This is my first time trying gummies and I didn’t know what to expect- the medical assistant at my doctor office told me to get a specific one and to take half. Once I received them I took half and waited- and waited-and waited. Nothing happened. The next night I tried again but did the whole gummie- and I waited- and waited- and waited. Nothing happened.

Hello Joanne, we are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the product you purchased! We do provide suggested serving sizes, but the milligram per product and each individuals tolerance does vary. Some people may be able to take an entire gummy and only receive a slight effect, while others can take a whole gummy and have an overwhelming effect. We do recommend trying products a few times with differing doses to see which one works best for you! We also have blog posts available on our site that discuss tolerance, potency, and dosing if you were interesting in some more information on how to cater these products to fit your needs better. Hopefully this information is helpful, and that you are able to find a dose that works well for you!

Product inconsistencies of the Delta 9 gummies!
After speaking to a customer representative about the problem, was told to return them.I only received one jar of the Grape replacement gummies despite returning 2 jars of the Pineapple ones that are discolored and sticky. I thought you guys were sending me replacements for both of the unused jars. I'm disappointed that I only received one jar of gummies, despite spending over $15 dollars for the return shipping. I still have a jar of defective gummies that are dark orange instead of yellow and gummy/sticky like candy that has been wet. They also don't taste the same. I'm sad that this product that I've ordered many times in the past (I even had a subscription for it) is now inconsistent in color, texture and taste. With the changes in quality I don't trust that it's the same D9 effectiveness.

Hello Denise! When we had discussed the issue over the phone when you initially reached out, we did inform you that only one jar of the gummies you had were within our return policy time frame. For that reason, we would have only been able to replace one jar, which we did send out in a Grape flavor as replacement for you. As we explained a few times, there can be variation between batches when it comes to gummies and the amount of dye used could alter the coloration of the product, and sometimes they may not be rolled in quite as much sugar as a previous batch. However, the potency should remain consistent as we do test this in all of our products. We have contacted the manufacturer about this and the owner is aware to be on the lookout for any other inconsistencies, but as far as we can tell, that is just the way this batch of gummies turned out. We sincerely apologize that you were unhappy with the product after enjoying it for so long, and really hope that the Grape flavor is working out better for you!

I'm going to be straight up I'm sure that's what you want to hear the rice krispie treats taste it absolutely awful to the point where almost couldn't eat it so then I realized well let me take a sip of soda real quick and that helped get it down easier and the effects were what I expected for 75 mg nothing bad about that it was just the taste... the caramel little bites freaking awesome taste just like caramel what else did I get the 25 mg to go Delta was okay the taste is awful I think that's it but I plan on ordering again I'm on SSI so I get paid once a month on the 1st so expect to see the name Tim Brooks pop up next Friday LOL well there you go there's my review talk to you guys next week
