The rep was very polite and cheerful The challenge of not having gas central heating meant he could only deal with the electrical side of things after looking all round the inside and outside of the house and confirming with his head office that there are no gas appliances. He also very kindly offered his assistance in replacing the shelves etc above the boiler and with replacing the household goods back onto the shelves.
