I can't say enough about how this company and my practitioner Josh Saint has helped me in correcting alot of my eating habits . Many of my habits have been around along time and I never thought that they could be changed. But they have and I feel so much healthier with much more energy . This is not a diet but a lifestyle change that will stick with you forever and you won't want to go back to your old ways. Even some changes occured without me trying to change them because of this program. If you are considering a program that will get to the core of the problem which is our "cells" you need to look into this . You won't regret it...

Years ago I bought Dr. Axe’s book / program after watching him on PBS. Unfortunately, I could not or did not stick to it. Fast forward to early this year, I started this program out of frustration regarding the direction my health was heading. I was having issues with digestion, kidneys, knee joints, stomach and sleep. I never knew from day-to-day what my bowel activity would be, whether difficult or loose. This was affecting my social life. Kidney and stomach issues were somewhat related. I had been taking Nexium for indigestion and GERD, discovering that I had developed stage 3 kidney failure as a result from taking the drug for too many years. My knee issues were from a Baker’s cyst behind my right knee followed by continuing joint issues once the cyst dissipated. Finally, I developed skin sensitivities and allergies.
Answers to my issues from doctors were more prescriptions, injections and even joint replacement. My major concern was how drugs, supplements and products in general would affect my kidneys. Supplementation was rarely discussed with any of my various doctors. My health concerns led to more stress and fatigue.
The major draw to this program was determining the correct supplements I needed. In the past it was mostly trial and error based on whatever article I would read or whatever was suggested after having a conversation with a relative or friend. And I wanted to avoid prescription medications if possible.
I was so overwhelmed when I started the program. There was so much information and I didn’t know where to start. Aside from supplementation, grew up with and loved southern cooking and after years of eat that way it was hard to change my ways.
My practitioner was Holly Peyor. She was very patient with me. She was always kind, never criticizing. As the program evolved she urged me to stop looking for substitutes. Substitutes for what was used to such as safe chips. I quit looking for substitutes, started moving towards healthy food choices and preparing meals differently. I looked at grocery shopping different than I had before. After being educated through Holly and this program I couldn’t believe the “junk” labeled as food and the type of so called groceries people were buying. I realized this was me before starting this program.
As time went on I got more comfortable with the program. One of the biggest wins for me was when Holly urged me to start gratitude journaling after I was struggling while traveling away from home. I almost gave up, but Holly urged me to continue and not to be so harsh on myself.
Since starting the program, I have improved. I am motivated to continue with my improvement. My stomach issues have improved so much that I’m only bothered when I slip up and eat something with too much refined ingredients or over processed ingredients. My diarrhea and constipation is nonexistent. Now I can go out without stressing. I test my blood sugar at home with good results. Prior to the program I was tested as border pre-diabetic. It feels good to write this overview. This makes me keenly aware of my improvements when compared to where I started.

This experience was extremely valuable with flexibility being one of the best features of my journey. The bloodwork was uneventful with a smoother shipping process than I expected but my Senior Health Advisor, Doris is the real gem in all of this. I’m blown away at how knowledgeable and thorough she was with communicating my results. She was just as thoughtful and Christ-centric as she was intelligent. She asked to pray over me and my experience, and I felt consumed with love and respect. Wow, literally wow.
I’ve received some really important information about my health especially my severely low ferritin. Even though Doris created a sense of urgency, I didn’t feel coerced or pressured to continue once I received results. I enjoyed every minute and I feel armored with knowledge to proceed with healing.

I’ve learned so much about health and nutrition in this program that I never heard anywhere before. It wasn’t always easy keeping up with all the information provided and learning to pair the right foods but it was well worth all the work. I’m so grateful to my practitioner Holly Peyer who guided me through the journey and was always there whenever I needed help. Thank you so much!!

Nutritionist and health advisor are great people, good listeners who offer honest feedback.
Less than 3 weeks in and I already have less bloating, less congestion, less pain and fatigue, and better sleep.
After doing the bloodwork, seeing where I was, they created a personalized plan for me. This plan has gotten me on the right track faster then I ever could've hoped.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. What was advertised as a health analysis turned out to be nothing more than a sales presentation for an $8,000+ program.
I signed up expecting individualized guidance, recommendations, or meaningful health insights. Instead, I received a generic sales pitch with no personalized analysis or actionable advice. This felt misleading and deceptive.
I also find it concerning that this program is marketed as Christian faith-based. People seeking genuine health guidance may reasonably trust that they will receive legitimate support and recommendations, only to be funneled into a high-ticket sales presentation.
As a result, I feel that I did not receive the service that was represented. I am requesting a full refund of the $27 fee I paid.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

This course is excellent and worth the money. It has been thoughtfully designed to cover the essential topics needed to regain your health. I say that based on 35 years as a university professor in which I was required to design courses.
Dr. Axe is excellent in his knowledge and his ability to convey information. The supplements provided with the course were also excellent. In a world where supplements are big business but not necessarily high quality, the supplements were very important.
My counselor was Savannah, and she was amazing. She was very responsive and gave me so many helpful suggestions. I have valued all of her help.
When I started this course, I was doubtful of the claims, but by month 3, my endocrinologist took me off metformin and classified me as pre-diabetic. I am no longer classified as diabetic! I am overjoyed to be off metformin.

I followed no dairy, gluten free, no sugar diet. I increased protein to 30 mg per meal and drank alot of water.I always felt satiated because of the protein. I was happy to enjoy dark chocolate for dessert. My skin improved as did my GI healrh.
I walk a few times a week and also added strength training exercises
I enjoyed relaxed breathing exercises and a calmer approach to daily challenges.
Overall, it was a successful outcome to a great program.
My practitioner Sotonye was very supportive.
I lost 15 pounds and overall felt so much better.

I signed up expecting a blood test, as Dr. Axe frequently discusses such testing in his programs. Instead, I was redirected to a health analysis service that advertised a price of $37, with a sale price of $27 displayed, but no discount code available. As a result, I paid the full $37 fee for a one-hour consultation.
During my session with Fil B, I increasingly felt that the appointment was more of a sales presentation than a genuine effort to address my health concerns. Rather than receiving meaningful guidance or support, it seemed the primary objective was to sell additional products or services. By the end of the consultation, I declined all purchase offers because I had become concerned that the process was not focused on helping people but on generating revenue.
As someone who has followed Dr. Axe's work for many years, I left the experience deeply disappointed. It is troubling to see individuals facing health challenges and vulnerabilities being targeted with marketing tactics when they are seeking answers and support.
After the session, I reviewed others' feedback and found many similar concerns. I only wish I had read those reviews beforehand, as it would have saved me both time and money. What is equally disappointing is seeing responses to negative reviews that appear sympathetic on the surface but do not seem to address the underlying issues being raised.
My advice to others is simple: do your research before spending your money. There are many reputable professionals and resources available that can provide guidance and support at a much lower cost. No one should feel taken advantage of while seeking help for their health.

My experience was incredibly wonderful with all the information given to me through my portal, and videos by Dr. Axe. All the encouragement and support by my health practitioner Holly Peyer was beyond amazing! What a treasure! And best of all, I met my goals! So grateful!

The comprehensiveness of this program combined with the amazing support from nutritional practitioners, encouragement and access to information and coaching, was just what I needed to learn, apply and achieve incredible improvements to my overall health and well being. So much value for the money and tools I will use for the rest of my lifetime. Highly recommend this wonderful program!

This is a program where you look at semi-instructional videos online for 4 months and you can join a Facebook group and you get like 8 half hour meetings with a coach. They ship you out some supplements and vitamins and protein powder and digestive enzymes from Ancient Nutrition, Longevity, that out of pocket cost like $800 maybe. Go gluten free and dairy free and skip bananas. There. I just saved you $8000. So, I was emotional over a health issue and got pressured by the sales agent to give over my credit cards to save my health and I’m just kicking myself because that money could have gone to way better things. Maybe if I didn't have to travel and work and get surgery in the middle of this program I would have gotten more out of it, I doubt it though. You can go on YouTube and get holistic nutritionist for a better experience for way less.

My gut and digestion were very depleted when I started and energy in the tank so it took me a solid 8-9 weeks of the program to start feeling more like my younger self. Falyn my Practioner, has had valuable guidance and suggestions has been so helpful and encouraging.
The program is well thought out so it’s not overwhelming to start. The educational portion of online learning starts with foundational habits and builds layer upon layer from there. The repetition of information helps with compliance! I’m very thankful for the recipe collections as I don’t love cooking and these are usually tasty and easy to follow dishes.
I’m going to start phase four in a week and am hoping for increased gut healing, a more balanced microbiome and better glucose control.

The protocol I have subscribed to on The Health Institute lead by Dr. Josh Axe has been life-changing for me. Before I started the protocol 8 weeks ago I weighed 252 pounds, my fasting glucose was 146 (diabetic range), and I got winded and fatigued with chest pressure by doing even minor tasks like changing the kitty litter. Six weeks into the protocol my weight decreased to 213 pounds, my glucose decreased to 94 (normal range), and now I can walk briskly for more than 45 minutes without any fatigue or chest pressure. The protocol is simple, practical, sustainable, and I am NEVER hungry. My coach Stephanie Miranda is responsive, knowledgeable, and VERY encouraging.

Overall a good experience. Definitely expensive, so really think and pray before you invest. I did see results over the course of time, even in areas I didn’t expect anything to change, which was encouraging to discover. I didn’t quite reach my goals and end where I wanted, but I did see progress even if it wasn’t fully what I hoped for. But sometimes progress is slow. I learned a lot, and love that you keep access to some of the material even after you’re done. I feel prepared to review information down the line and grow in my knowledge. My practitioner was very helpful, took good notes during our meetings, and I could tell she really invested in me. Thanks Holly!

My coach was Beth. When I started this process I was at my wits end. After many conversations, texts and emails from Beth I was now on a road to recovery. The best way to describe it is You do You. I began looking at where I been and deciding what I could do to change the future. I tried it and I liked it. Didn’t think I could give up dairy but I did very slowly. I learned how to rest(who know). I slowed down for 8 weeks Tweak thing by putting me first. It was a humbling experience. Beth inspired like no one before did. I’m happy I was able to experience this healing. Moving on. You do you.
